[US] is someone trying to steal the deed to my home?

A few months ago I got mail for a real bank account at my single family home address with some random person's name...I’ve lived here for 3 years and this wasn’t the name of the previous owner. It was also just paging off minimum card balances for 3 major credit cards. Weird.

It gets much worse. On a hunch I just did a reverse address lookup for my home in the white pages and that SAME random person’s name is listed there as the owner. Of my home. There are no unit numbers. I’ve never heard of this person and now I’m kinda freaking out. What scam might this be and how can I stop it? I reported the account to the fraud department at the bank when I got the notice but the reverse white page result makes me fear they’re trying to steal the title to my house or something?

How to program a hue 3 prong outlet to turn on and off via schedule

It only thinks I’m programming a light even thought it’s a switch. Doesn’t have an on or off option for the start and end times but there is an off state I can pick in general for light type when it wants to have the default “bright” option

Installed crossover valve for my water heater circulation pump but it doesn’t seem to be working, do I need different compression adapters?

I installed with a single compression but does it need a double compression like this uninstalled adapter to work? Or is it just the internal pump of the Rinnai rxp199i not working?

UPDATE: Should he have buried the copper for my outdoor shower deeper?

So I unearthed it and it’s dumber than I thought. He has it above and below rock so a step on it would guarantee a crush/puncher. He bent a pipe to get it to make a 45 degree angle instead of doing it right, didn’t put it in a sleeve for corrosion, and it’s RIGHT next to dirt he could have buried it in. Also coming out of the wall he stacked them horizontally instead of vertically so one of them can’t be strapped to the wall/sticks out a bit…

Should I have him redrill to make them both vertical and snug against the wall? I’m gonna ask to have them. I’m gonna have him sleeve all buried pipe and actually bury it under the dirt and demo a few inches of concrete so it doesn’t stick up earlier than needed like in the highlighted red path. Any other thoughts? Should he replace the bent pipe or is that ok to use?

Should he have buried the copper for my outdoor shower deeper?

It’s probably fine where it ends and will connect to the main line but shouldn’t it be deeper in the walkway? It’s gated off pool equipment so not a lot of foot traffic but will certainly be some. Also should i add in a backflow preventer if the line will always be pressurized?

What’s the best way to configure pressure regulators here? Have drip irrigation added, adding more, and changing my tankless to have a non dedicated return line via an internal pump.

Have regulators on the drip irrigation lines next to the main and adding more drip to the rear and side yard along with a fountain. I was assuming I would swap my main 70xl 1” for a new one at 50 since it’s old and throw a 600xl 3/4” on the line going to the sprinklers at 25. I would probably need to bypass the plastic regulators installed on the front drip but then I wouldn’t have to add regulators to the other drips and fountain and outdoor shower I’m going to be adding as well. Is this even doable with my pipes? One Plummer said doing this would drop my whole house pressure and another said to do it this way so I need your help! Unrelated but I’m also going to add a hot/cold outdoor shower to my tankless incase you have hookup suggestions for that

Does this look fixable

I thought these would be smooth and the concrete wouldn’t have this weird patina thing going on. Were my expectations unreasonable? Is there a fix?

Adding a pressure reducing valve and swapping in a new tankless with an internal circulating system

Hoping to add the PRV to the main line coming in so the whole house has reduced pressure. The rxp199i water heater also recirculates without a dedicated line. Where should I put my thermal expansion tank?

Privacy fence topper with sizeable gaps, fixable or totally expected?

Am I expecting too much to have true privacy with my topper? Is there a way to fill these gaps or fix this or is this totally within spec?

Best way to turn my side of a grey cinder block fence/wall black?

Regular paint isn't ideal since I won't be sealing the opposite side on my neighbors fence so with only one side getting power washed and sprayed what is the best solution for minimal upkeep long term? Acid? Loxon xp?
Behr premium solid flat concrete stain?
