I watched this year's G1 all the way from the beginning with night 1 in "chicago" and now that we are approaching the final tomorrow, do you agree this has been one of the better g1s
The ring work is strong as expected given certain workers but what I loved was the progression of individual stories and feuds in ring such as yuto losing most of his matches by stoppage
Yota accepting the crowd was fully behind goto in their match and worked more aggressively
Takeshita rediscovering himself wrestling oiwa
Boltin oleg becoming a complete wrestler right before our very eyes
Zack & comms underestimating yuya's ability to be able to outwrestle zack
Yuto ice going through literal hell taking over 200 chops from tsuji
I have personally had such a blast with this years G1
After browsing this sub for the past week or so. Ive noticed many fans wants gunn and the dcu to hurry up and speed run batman and JL and often compare it to mcu phase 1.
Do these people not realize we got 4 movies featuring 3 B sisters before the firdt avengers? Spider-Man didnt appear until 8 years after the mcu started
The DCU shouldnt repeat the same mistakes the DCEU made like killing superman in his second ever appearance and funny enough, no one complained about the MCU not rushing to x-men or Spider-Man back then, marvels "heavy hitters"

And I've heard so many rumors about these movies happening for nearly a decade to the point of it being a joke. I think we'll see the mcu blade appear in another movie before these movies ever happen.

Just watched this match and both guys kicked ass and got the crowd hooked by the end. Commentary points out that this is Wolf's first non HoT match SINCE HIS DEBUT which is an insane stat.
YOSHI-HASHI's limb work was so good and him trying to break down the big man and cut off his offense

Random but one thing that I appreciate is tom making his webbing in his school lab in homecoming. It never made sense to me how Andrew's peter was able to make these cutting edge web shooters all in his room while his aunt and uncle barely make ends meet, like where did he get this stuff from

After his impressive debut, this man definitely should he the next guy tna builds around or one of them. As someone who's watched him since evolve and nxt, he is a jack of all trades type talent that excells at every stat
Look? Promo? In ring ability? The guy is strong af and can fly (has a beautiful moonsault) and hes still pretty young (35)
I really hope tna doesnt make the same mistake they did with the likes of jake something, alexander hammerstone and Jonathan Gresham
Context: The Ultimates had recently faced Hulk and his Immortal Weapons and got their asses kicked. If it weren't for Doom, The Ultimates would not have survived. Tony argues with Doom for keeping secrets and Cap (who is one of thebest characters in 6160) delivers a great speech to comfort the team

Re watching Daredevil season 3 (again) and on one of my favourite episodes, "perfect game"
Dex's backstory being entirely in black and white. This made me realize, how cool it would've been if this was his signature colour in born again instead of the violet blue they gave him.
Imagine whenever he kills someone its in black/white. I personally think it would be really cool visually

Watching this years BOSJ and honestly so far its my favourite along with 2017 & 2019 and Hyo has imo made such a huge impression.
Admittedly I dont watch enough Dragon Gate not to familiar but Hyo's freakish athleticism really impressed me
