Hey, I am looking for a Leatherman Squirt as my new purchase.
Hey, I am 27M (soon will be 28 in 3 months). Qualification - HSC passed. Total years of experience - 8 years. Years of experience as an MIS - 5 years. Working in a Business-to-Goverment consultancy company in the education sector. I have to visit sites more often for my current work. Currently residing in Airoli with family including parents. I am the sole earner of the family. I fell in debt for the Home Loan. Can anyone help me to find a night shift work on contract basis urgently. Since I am working in a corporate, my HR will get to know about another work (if not on contract basis). I have basic knowledge of MS Office, and can do physical required work too. Just have to come out of this trap.

Hey, kindly help me to build a budget friendly first-aid compact kit. My budget is Rs. 1000. Preferably looking for oral medicines (available over the counter), mosquito repellent, light to medium level wounds, light dressing material. Looking for your suggestions and tips.

I bought a Wuben G5 back in May and have been really enjoying it as an EDC flashlight. However, one feature I kept missing was a UV light. I wanted to explore its practical uses but wasn't sure if it was worth buying another flashlight just for UV.
Then I came across u/LittleUrbanPrepper's post about the importance of UV light. That post genuinely changed my perspective. After asking a bunch of questions (both in the comments and via DM), he patiently cleared all my doubts.
After comparing several options, I finally ordered the Wurkkos HD01 UV (Purple) for ₹2,363 during the clearance sale. I think it's a pretty good deal, and now I'm eagerly waiting for it to arrive so I can get some hands-on experience with UV applications.
One thing that really stayed with me from the discussion under his post is how little attention we, as Indians, seem to give to sanitization and contamination checks, even after everything we went through during COVID-19. UV obviously isn't a replacement for proper cleaning or hygiene, but it can be a very useful tool for identifying contamination and understanding cleanliness better.
A big thank you once again to u/LittleUrbanPrepper for taking the time to help a fellow prepper. Looking forward to sharing my first impressions of the HD01 once it arrives!
Check the other subreddit for Indian Preppers.
Edit: I've ordered it skipping the thought of custom duty, will get to know about the amount in the near future.
Hey, I am new here.
Help me to find a good medium roast coffee (whole bean or powder) under Rs. 1000. Let me know a grinder (for grinding beans) preferably under Rs. 1000 or Rs. 2000. Last coffee I tried was Sleepy Owl's powdered coffee. I prefer black coffee which tastes like near expresso (not an actual expresso shot).
Happy to read your suggestions and tips too.
Thank you in advance.
What's unique to buy in Guwahati/Assam? Let know the source too please.
Since I am more into the EDC (Everyday Carry) community, what can I buy from here, which I can easily carry the whole day. Should be flight friendly. My choices of EDC for your reference - wallets, keychain, pens, personal grooming like - toothbrush and tongue cleaner.
Suggest me something to buy for souvenirs. Like good quality Assam Tea, etc. Something distinctive for Mumbai people.
I’m into compact practical EDC gear, utility items, small tools, unique local craftsmanship, etc. Since I’ll be in Assam for a few days, I wanted suggestions on things worth picking up there that are actually useful for everyday carry — not just souvenirs.
Could be:
Small handmade tools/knives
Bamboo or cane EDC items
Local wallets/pouches
Compact utility gear
Keychains/carabiners
Traditional items adapted for modern EDC
Flashlight/knife/tool markets if any
Weather-useful gear for Assam conditions
I prefer functional + unique items over decorative stuff.
Would love recommendations from locals or people who’ve traveled there before.

Does anyone know where I can buy the same design pen with the same clip but under Rs. 2000? Preferably under Rs. 1000.
Brown one, seen him near Rabale Railway Station (Gothivali Village कमान Entry gate) at 6:15AM (7th May 2026)
I’ve been looking for a compact EDC flashlight with this kind of flat, clip-style design, and honestly couldn’t find anything similar in the budget segment.
I’m now considering stretching my budget and getting the Wuben G5 (Rs. 3000 range).
A few questions for people who’ve used it or similar lights:
Why is the Wuben G5 so liked in this EDC community? Is it just the design or actual usability?
Are there any solid alternatives under Rs. 3000 with a similar form factor (not traditional torch style)?
Has anyone bought from nocbane.com? Are they legit / reliable (product authenticity, warranty, after-sales)?

Would love to hear real-world experiences before I pull the trigger.
Under Rs. 1500, which is the better Plier+Multitool you'll suggest? Other options can be considerable (share the link please). Let me know the pros and cons of your favourite. Thank you in advance.
I would like to know where you all buy Paracord from at a reasonable price? Any other tips and suggestions are highly appreciated for a beginner like me. Thank you in advance.
My first carabiner and I was honestly skeptical before ordering. But this is an appreciation post for Ayan Pahwa. He made the carabiner scene genuinely appealing with such a minimally beautiful piece. Only sad part for me - APxTools’ TiZag is out of stock (another minimally beautiful piece).
Looking forward to buying more carabiners like this. Whether it be useful for me or not.
