I'm in the hospital after jumping out of a window trying to end it

I don't know what to say but I just need some support.

I was in the hospital a few weeks ago for a psychotic break and I told them "if you let me go back into a hotel by myself, I am going to hurt myself really badly".

They just looked at me like I was some idiot and said "there's nothing we can do, justs call the crisis line if you want to do that". But if I want to jump out of a window, I don't want to call a crisis line like how hard is that to understand.

Now both my feet are broken, I have a lung contusion, and I just don't know what to do.

Duloxetine and mirtazapine

Hello all,

I have been on duloxetine 60mg for about 2 months but I've only partially responded to it. I still struggle with anxiety and mood but it's certainly improved.

My GP has prescribed 15mg mirtazapine to take at night for sleep and to add to the antidepressant effect of duloxetine.

I was wondering if anyone has had experience with this combination? I will say, the mirtazapine absolutely knocks me out which is good, it's been 2 days that I've been on it.

Thanks

Finally accepting I am trans

Well, that's it. Going to the GP when it's open for gender reaffirming care. I have no idea why might happen but I'm at my breaking point and i know the only way forward is transitioning.

Thanks all
