Im trying to make an automation that notes down my battery percentage every hour and saves it to my notes. But apparently i cant make a shortcut that works every hour. How do i tackle this?

I'm sorry for the incoming rant. While on my way to work, I saw a pickup truck run over a dog. Today is a public holiday, so most shelters were closed/not answering. This poor soul died being in pain in his last moments. A few bystanders tried consoling me by saying stuff like, "It's okay; he is with God now." And this just completely flipped me off. There is so much suffering, pain, and sadness in this world, and they still believe that there is some force out there looking out for them. It's not just that they believe in an entity; it's the fact that most of them pray for all the selfish reasons, and whenever there is a negative event going on in their life, the only response is "God does all this for a reason." Are you kidding me? Do the starving children in Africa deserve that life? Do the chickens deserve to be killed? Cows to be tortured? Little babies be SAed? Man, I am so sick of these people. And even if there is an entity out there that is letting this happen, do you really want to pray to something like this? Fuck, man, I'm sorry for the rant.

This Sunday, I was traveling from Satara to Pune. I wanted to leave before sunset, but due to workload, I ended up leaving at 10:30 PM. The entire route was a nightmare.
I counted around 300 trucks and buses along one stretch, and out of those, 297 — yes, 297 out of 300 — had external LED floodlights that completely blinded me through my rearview mirrors. And it’s not just trucks. So many cars were driving with high beams on stretches of road with no street lights (which, fine, it’s a highway), but it makes the journey extremely risky.
I even saw police at a toll booth checking for illegal number plates, but that honestly just felt like a way to collect bribes. Do people not realize how dangerous these illegal LED lights are on the road? Even within the city, everyone seems to be driving with their high beams on.
By the time I got home, I had a splitting headache. What are we even supposed to do?
