Question for Civil Engineers/anyone with insight regarding a bridge

Is a metal sheet supposed to be here? By the way this bridge was inaugurated in August and it’s falling apart already!!

Dropped my OnePlus Buds 3 in water.

The buds are 1.5 years old. They work but the charging case does not work. Is the official service centre reliable? or should i try giving it to a local shop? Please share your experiences

This Sunday, I was traveling from Satara to Pune. I wanted to leave before sunset, but due to workload, I ended up leaving at 10:30 PM. The entire route was a nightmare.

I counted around 300 trucks and buses along one stretch, and out of those, 297 — yes, 297 out of 300 — had external LED floodlights that completely blinded me through my rearview mirrors. And it’s not just trucks. So many cars were driving with high beams on stretches of road with no street lights (which, fine, it’s a highway), but it makes the journey extremely risky.

I even saw police at a toll booth checking for illegal number plates, but that honestly just felt like a way to collect bribes. Do people not realize how dangerous these illegal LED lights are on the road? Even within the city, everyone seems to be driving with their high beams on.

By the time I got home, I had a splitting headache. What are we even supposed to do?
