Looking to relocate to central Florida. Budget is around 290k. So far I’ve been looking at Lakeland, Ocala, Davenoport etc. Trying to decide between a house or townhouses I mostly see townhouses in my budget but concerned about high home insurance costs and hoa fees. What are you guys currently paying for insurance/hoa if you have a townhouse ? What areas should I look into/avoid?
I’m tired of the constant recalls and processed foods being sold in the big name supermarkets. Idek if I can trust Whole Foods anymore. Where do you guys buy clean unprocessed chicken without all the additives? I’m trying to eat better
I think scent fill marketing is a bit deceiving. They claim to be 100% natural but they should be more specific and say only the ones in the 100% natural collection, the regular scents do contain numerous formulated fragrance substances, including synthetic aroma chemicals after checking their ingredients sheet and doing a run down on each ingredient listed. The safety sheet for this vanilla patchouli even says skin sensitizing, an eye irritant, and suspected of damaging fertility or the unborn child, among other environmental hazards (even though the label sticker says natural ingredients )

I’ve been using them for a few years now on and off and had been clueless this entire time that they release toxic things into the air. Of course we can’t avoid everything toxic at the end of the day so can the chemicals released cause cancer or is that only if you use it a lot like everyday type thing. Can I enjoy a candle occasionally maybe once per week?

I keep hearing that bath and body products are very toxic. Is there any scientific proven studies or evidence that link their ingredients to lung cancer / respiratory problems or it can be used in moderation just like most things. We breathe in VOCs in alot of things outside air , furniture, trees etc so it’s kinda hard to avoid it completely but I want to know if it’s ok to use them in moderation like the plug ins or candles for a couple hours of the day. if not, what less toxic plug ins or wax melts do you use for your home?
I purchased this Plush Hybrid Gel Memory Foam 10 in. Innerspring Euro Top mattress and I’ve slept on it two nights so far and woke up with back pain. My mom says it will soften up after sometime it’s because it’s new but I’m not sure. I’m used to my old mattress feeling soft and sinking a little when I lay down (she said because it was work out) so I’m not sure if this kind of mattress is for me or it just needs time to loosen up.

Recently the cramps have got even worse I had to take 3000mg naproxen in one day and it still didn’t help. I did an ultrasound at my gyn and they found fibroids, a cyst and Adenomysis. The doc said it’s also growing on my uterus and the only way to remove it is to a hysterectomy but because I’m only 25 my insurance will be hesitant to do this because I’m young and I would be infertile. For reference I absolutely DONT want kids. Any advice as to what I can do to get this surgery done???

Looking to transition from bbw candles after learning how toxic they are. I found this brand called happy wax that sells wax melts . I emailed them to ask if their products are free of Phthalates , parabens, carcinogens and Formaldehyde etc.

I booked a table assembly job on task rabbit and when the tasker came and was already into my office, she informed me that she is billing me for two hours even if she takes less than the hour time I booked to do the job. She didn’t inform me before coming to do the job only only on the spot and asked us to send her the remainder payment by Zelle. Due to the nature of the situation in the moment and her aggression , we felt in harms way and agreed to get her to calm down. We ended up having to pay for the additional hour outside of the app. We want to report it to Taskrabbit but fear that they might ban her or Inform her of the incident or take back the money from her and she knows our location. So Ive always been a big bbw fan. I have tons and I mean tons of candles and wallflowers. Recently I realized I started getting chest tightness and feeling really unwell I thought I was just sick. Everytime I go outside the house I realize I feel fine almost immediately. Yesterday as soon as I came back inside the house (where I have wallflowers plugged in every room) the feeling instantly came back again. After doing some research I get to find out these things have toxic chemicals and are bad for your long term health. I also found their disclaimer online telling you outright these things contain certain chemicals that are no good. No wonder they smell so good 🥹 are there are any non toxic air fresheners you guys reccomend because I love for my home to smell good? I love vanilla and coconuty scents! This makes me so sad 😭

Any other importers dealing with the outrageous shipping prices rn? We usually ship 40 hq containers for $2,700 usd the price is now $7,300!!! So for us to ship three containers we would be paying $13k increase all because of this stupid war !
