Using product/brand logos on PC hardware comparison site?

Greetings,

I already have my PC hardware comparison website working and i was accepted into amazon associates program last month.

The site shows products such as NVIDIA GeForce RTX GPUs, AMD Radeon GPUs/Ryzen CPUs, and Intel CPUs/GPUs...

For each product card, I was already using a small manufacturer/product branding images (e.g. GeForce RTX, Radeon, Intel Core) purely to identify the product.

I thought it's fine since other websites do the same, but it hit me that big companies are very aggressive with this kind of thing and sometimes require a written agreement and apparently even amazon would ban you if you use another company's trademark.

I want to know if someone has experience with this, is it fine ? Is it under faire use ?

I sent emails NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel directly to request written permission.

Coming from Warhammer II which factions to play ?

Hello, I just obtained the 3rd game and all DLCs.

I have spent lots of time playing the II and I was wondering since there are lots of factions:

Which factions feel different from the II at this point ?

Which ones received changes recently and will surely not receive more in the near future ?

How do you handle inciting/prompting app updates ?

Greetings,

So i want to know what solutions are there to prompt users to update ? On android specifically.

I have read https://developer.android.com/guide/playcore/in-app-updates and from what i understand it's only possible for native code ?

I am also wary of using libraries, since they can stop being maintained anytime... but i am listening.

I am using firebase on the backend, maybe just a native modal and some code to check version on there ?

New to Amazon affiliate program, is this an okay placement of their logo ?

Greetings, I want to know if this placement is okay according to their guidelines ?

I got it from their documentation and it says it's the thing to use near the links but I want to be 100% sure so I won't get rejected.

That part is all clickable.

Also I think that putting

in the footer and a link to an affiliate disclosure page is all god, right ? No need for a disclosure under every individual link ?

Thanks.

Software engineers abroad, which country have you chosen ?

Hey, so title.

I know like 80% go to france I guess ? but I dislike french... i can't get myself to do an interview in french and they will probably expect french from tunisians......

I was wondering what other places have tunisian software engineers found jobs in ?

How difficult was it ?

Do you regret not choosing another place(income,rent..etc) ?

Do you find trouble when flying back to tunisia (I mean to see family) ?
