I am at 150 lbs squat
I think I kinda tweaked my lower back on the final rep of my 5x5. I think I lost my form and did not hold my stomach muscles tight.
It pained quite a bit for 2 days and now on the 4th day, the pain is 90% gone.
How should I start back up? How much time should I take a break from squat and how much should I reload?
Also, should I get a weight lifting belt? I am 5’8” and about 174lbs. Actively trying to lose weight while building up muscle.
Looking for a recommendation
Update: Shoutout to Porsche North Houston who came through. Accepted that it was their mistake and that they are working directly with Porsche Austin to pick up the tab for the wire harness.
Porsche Austin on the other side said that if I agree to pay 2.5k for 4 sets of new tires + 800 bucks for alignment + 1600 dollars for the 2 year maintenance + taxes that they would cover fixing the wire harness 😕
Don’t know what to say here!

So I had posted a few days back stating my brake pads worn lights went on.
I took it to the Porsche dealership in Austin and they mentioned that the brake sensor wire had come loose of its housing and was rubbing against the tire which has stripped the wire off and as a result is giving me errors.
I mentioned that the wire coming loose is not general wear and tear and that it should be fixed under my Porsche CPO warranty.
They agreed that the wire should not come loose and that there is no evidence of any damage to the wheel section, but they suspect that the dealership I bought it from in Houston may not have properly installed it back after doing some recall work and that this should have been caught during CPO certification.
They are claiming that Porsche will not cover it and they won’t because they aren’t the ones who made the mistake.
This is truly disappointing because CPO warranty is not dealership specific and should provide me with coverage irrespective.
I am waiting for all this in writing for the Austin dealership before approaching both Houston dealership and Porsche N.A.
The fix is about 800 bucks and cost is not the issue, but I am worried if Porsche will deny other claims which clearly fall under CPO and it’s about the principle of it.
What are my options here? Can I escalate this to Porsche NA here? Or should I talk to Houston dealership first?
And both times I got a defective set of earbuds. Once the case was losing charge, the other time, one of the earbuds was not charging.
I loved the sound but I have been super disappointed with the product.
Any recommendations for what I should be buying instead? Sound quality is most important followed by ANC.

I have used the tracking scale to set this to a 2g tracking speed. But it certainly rides much lower than a VM 95L series cart.
Is this normal?
I have a 2024 CPO 4s. The brake wear light comes on but goes away if I restart the car.
How can brake pads wear so soon on a Taycan? My Tesla is 8 year old and still has the original brake pads.
I just use it for regular city driving with regen on for all of this time.
