Anyone know if lumber is still expensive, or should I go back downstairs and look for a few more load-bearing sets?

Found this 1993 Upper Deck set in a basement. The cards have officially merged into one solid piece of construction material.

Same card, same grade… This pretty much sums up PSA’s dominance

Obviously no two sales are perfectly identical and timing matters, but the gap is hard to ignore.

Middle-of-nowhere Tennessee double wide trailer haul… paid $400 for this collection.

Had a rummage sale the other day and, like always, I was asking people if they had any old sports cards sitting around. One guy mentioned his buddy had “a couple totes” of baseball cards and gave me his contact info.

A few messages later, I ended up coming home with a whole trailer load instead of a couple totes.

The collection belonged to the guy’s uncle, who passed away over 10 years ago. It’s apparently been sitting ever since.

Honestly have no clue what I’m going to find yet…

Rare 1955 Ashland Oil regional basketball team sets.

Extremely tough regional issues that rarely surface publicly as complete team sets. Strong vintage eye appeal with classic black-and-white photography from one of the most obscure 1950s basketball releases.

Hilltoppers: $800
Message if interested or if additional photos are needed.
