I need some help. I have a photoshoot tomorrow for food photography and wanted to know what lighting I should buy. I have no lighting at all except for my smallrig rm120 light. I’m not sure if this will cut it. I need to buy something today, which means locally. Fb marketplace doesn’t have anything, but my local camera store has the amaran ray 60c and 120c. I tend to do more food photography in the future, so ideally want something that will be good enough for future shoots as well. Would the 60c be sufficient? It comes with the octa dome 30. I would be placing this as my main light and using a whiteboard or something behind it as a fill light. Anyone have any advice if this will work? Or do I need to spend more for a 120?

I graduate with my bachelors at the end of this summer. the day after graduation I start right into my masters program. I will be using my GI bill for the masters program. I have not got my retroactive induction yet and was told that will happen after I graduate. I do not want to be in VRE anymore after I graduate, because it is an employment program and I got accepted into a top school for a masters program that will set me up with a great job opportunity. VRE has been a headache my entire time in the program, and I already know my counselor will not be on board with me going into more school without trying to find a job first. I’m under the impression I cannot be in both programs at once, so how will this all workout? Is it possible to end one and jump right into the other within a day? How do I get my retroactive induction?

Considering the MBV (Master of Business for Veterans). Can anyone that’s participated in the program tell me if you received full BAH during it? Supposedly it’s a full time program, but since you only meet every other weekend it has me concerned whether I’ll be getting the full amount or not.

I’ve been on fin for 2 years. Stabilized. However I have temples that I really want filled in. They’ve always been high, I’m not even sure if I’m losing hair or if they’ve always been this high as I remember. Anyways, I want to do a HT but I’m in school now and for the next few years with no breaks in between to get it done. I do NOT want anyone to see me with a shaved head or nothing like that. Do I have any options for filling in my temples while looking completely normal? I don’t mind looking weird for a week but nothing longer than that.

I’m an infantry veteran and just finished my degree in a field I have to interest in whatsoever (journalism). I thought I would like it but decided it wasn’t for me but I was too close to graduating to back out. I’m so lost. I have literally no interest in any career. I spend all day every day researching careers and everything turns me off. I just wish I had a career that I was interested in so I have something to work towards. At this point I’m just trying to make some decent money but I can’t even find a job. Nobody will hire me. Not sure why I’m making this post, guess I’m just looking for some advice from anyone that’s been in this position before. Thinking of just giving up and going back in the military.

Interested in rejoining as a warrant officer. I was enlisted infantry. Still in the IRR. Have a degree. Is it difficult and what are my options? Also would I be able to select my duty station? I got out as a specialist.
