Recently upgraded but is running into problems with FPS and high cpu temps

Was shooting for a X870 (had it with my old setup but the usb header pins broke) tried to replace it with another one but due to microcenter being out of stock they had offered me a B650 instead. Since finishing the build my fps dropped drastically and my cpu temps avg rose. Might be a noob question but are the problem coming from the motherboard ???

6 Left/Right 120mm intake
1 Bottom 140mm intake
4 Top/Rear140mm exhaust

Help with 8x3 PSU cables for a 9070XT ???

I’ve been looking to upgrade to some different cables to make my set up more pleasing to look at aesthetically. The cables are throwing me off can anybody drop some links for some extensions/cables that they’re currently using RGB or not ????

with all the hype around golmud being reintroduced do you guys think it’s possible/for greater good if EA lend Dice extra support to allow them to finish the road map while another team remake other great battlefield maps ?

i decided to leave operation metro off the list as much as I love that map I feel like the meat grinder maps threw off the community.

it would give a refreshing take on the 5V5 mode , Pro Am / Proving Ground can remain in a indoor style arena but for the rec it would take place on a random designed outdoors court (real life parks around the world)
