Similar to the regular TCG? Or is it slower and more forgiving?

I’m now going to the forest to hunt down a monster that was near a village (chapter 1), my weapon is charged blade upgraded once.

It is very difficult to use items mid fight and half of my items are crafting materials which I assume that shouldn’t be the case.

Any tips to get better?

This is first time playing monster hunter game in general

Below are several advices that I either practiced or I heard that was successful to get a better relationship with your soulmate:

1- listen well to your partner

2- address one issue at a time

3- physically position yourself side by side rather than facing off across a room

4- when you are both perfectly calm, sit down and agree on boundaries for future arguments

5- always remember how you used to love your partner and how you are grateful to be with him/her

Both on sale on steam and I can afford to get 1 game, any advice?

I was given a choice to either go to that women in the present timeline or to go to the past and save Noah, I chose to save Noah and currently I’m proceeding to Jose boss (didn’t fight her yet), anything else do I need to do to get all the endings in one run?
