How much prep time do I need for Deadfall and should I handle level 11 character building 1-on-1 or as a group?

Still a relatively new DM; I was running a self-made world campaign for my friends before we had to take a break while some of the players were becoming first-time parents.

I'm thinking of starting back up with the players who are still available by running Deadfall when it releases. Since I'm used to homebrewing, and this adventure is coming straight from a book, I'm not sure how much time I need to give myself to prep. How much of the adventure is usually ready to go "out of the box" versus how much will I need to figure out on my own?

Is it worth using my first session to build out everyone's characters together (first time building high level characters, 2nd characters built ever) or just do like discord calls/house visits throughout the week to help each player build their character (I imagine this will take a while since they've never played a level 11 character)

Suggestions on mortgage lenders with best rates?

Potentially buying a house within the coming months and wondering if any local options have better rates than the big national places

Does Sofi Plus apply to vaults?

hit 20k in my e-fund and considering if sofi plus is worth it but the money is all in a vault not in the general savings account

Is blue shell dodge timing different online?

I.e. is it based on my view or do I need to account for lag (similar to thrown items being server vs trail items being the person who is trailing)

Considering a position at fidelity in westlake, where should I live and how much will it cost?

Coming from a suburb near Memphis, TN where the median sale price is $520k with a $/sqft of ~190. a 2bedroom apartment (~1000sqft) is $1500ish for reference.

I'd like to live close (<30minute commute for sure. Ideally <15 minutes) to work. Seems like from my (insufficient and very lacking) research it seems like I'm probably going to end up in another suburb and have a decent drive to do fun things in the city; but prefer that to a long commute to work every day.

Servers of Memphis, where are you working and how's the pay?

Considering getting a second job as a server again. I've heard tipping has gone down since COVID, but server friends I know personally are doing better than prior years so curious how it is around the city

Updated slicing guide? (Or is this still accurate?)

Have an old picture on my phone that shows a giant 13 with the below portions

Ingredient Count Weight
Provolone Cheese 5 2.00
Boiled Ham 5 2.95
Prosciuttini 7 2.80
Cappacuolo 5 1.25
Salami 6 1.10
Pepperoni 8 0.75

Does this still seem accurate or have counts/weights been changed?

Unsure how many people have been affected (2/3 people I know locally including myself).

Sad how FedEx has changed over the years.

In other news, anyone know any local companies looking for IT positions (developers preferably, but have experience in cybersecurity too)
