tried posting in another sub and god fuck all, title pretty much says everything, i don’t mind paying a one time fee, looking for dating sims, otome games, yaoi, yuri, whatever, preferably something at least a little queer, or at least something where your player can be referred to gender neutrally (i’m non-binary), please and thanks. :]

anything like princess maker, needy girl overdose, or spiritfarer maybe? (if any of those games have mobile ports lmk) but basically just looking for some good management sims i can really sink my teeth and time into :^

i’ve been looking for less purely combat-focused rougelites/likes recently (don’t get me wrong i LOVE combat in my games (dead cells ♥️) but i’ve been on a kick for these specific, more puzzley/strategic(?) types of games recently) and i’m looking for some recommendations for more games i can pick up!!

to get a feel for the the kind of games i’m looking for here’s a list of games i’ve really enjoyed that i think fit what i’m looking for, along with games i’m looking at already! and feel free to tell me if you think i should check out any of the games i’m already looking at!

and the mechanics and themes of all of these that really appeal to me are:

• a higher emphasis on rng elements
• the casino game/gambling theming
• board/card game theming! (i love deckbuilders)
• boons and in-run progression!
• cross-run upgrades/metaprogression!
• a LOT of options and updates
• different play-styles to experiment with during runs
• an emphasis on strategies built around finding ways to tilt the odds and rng in your favor

two other important factors that I’m looking for
• controller support! (this is a big one, but it’s not a requirement)
• that i can purchase + play the games OUTSIDE of Apple Arcade (i DO NOT like subscription services)

also i wanna point out that I’m specifically looking for mobile games, in case you’re curious as to why, what i like for games like this is that i can take with me on my phone or ipad, and basically pick up and play anywhere! (though if you do happen to have any recommendations for games like this on say, the switch, please feel free to let me know!)
