My Mira results have been elevated lately. Today day 2 it said it was 15 so I went in for bloodwork and it came back at 6.3. Has that been happening to anyone else? It’s causing me such bad anxiety

How much in advance before a cycle are you supposed to get PRP? My clinic doesn’t do it and my RE seemed to think it would need to be done two months in advance to make a difference but I feel like I’ve heard shorter. Thanks!

Mine were all 3 (I.e 3AB, 3BB, 3BC). I’ve seen a few different post with similar grades in the 3 range from Cornell and was wondering if their grading is different or if my blasts can’t get to the expanded stage
If you primed with omnitrope did you do it every day during priming?
I did a cycle with them in March and in May and will start one in August. I’m again priming with estrogen patches but this time they said to call them with my period OR when I put on my fifth patch if that comes first. Just wondering if this is their new protocol? (Otherwise wondering if there’s something about my case that’s making them change to that)
Before they just had me call when I started my period. I assumed maybe I didn’t ovulate when they checked and that was why but they confirmed that I did
Did anyone grow an endometrioma between stim cycles?
I had my last TVUS on May 18 and then today when I went in I now have a 3cm cyst that looks like either a hemorrhagic cyst or an endometrioma. I had a 3cm excised in December 2024 off this ovary so I’m assuming it is an endometrioma. I don’t want to get it removed again because after that surgery I only get 5-6 follicles off this ovary. My other ovary I had an 8cm removed and after surgery we can’t get to it. My RE thinks there is too much scar tissue.
If you had an endometrioma grow in between cycles do you get less eggs off that ovary with the endometrioma than you had before? Or if you have one does it get less than the other ovary?
I think I ovulated day 15. My LH rose day 14. Ovulation confirmed day 17. My cycles are usually 28-30 days but today day 19 Mira said my period will be starting soon. Is this accurate? Idk what in my chart shows that. My progesterone still seems high. This is my first full cycle tracked with Mira
I think I did ovulate, both Mira and inito confirmed ovulation but my estrogen is usually never that low at peak on either device. Could something be wrong?
Is estrogen too low and progesterone too high for the day after a peak? Is this not a real peak?
How is rapamycin usually used in IVF cycles? Just during stims? For priming?

I had a lap in December of 2024. But I’ve done multiple IVF cycles since. I’m wondering if I need another one before transfer or if suppression is enough?
During the lap I also had an adenomyoma removed
My only euploid so far is a day 6 3AB. has anyone transferred and had success with this grade? My RE at Cornell tells me it’s a good grade but I know day 6 has lower success than day 5
Is there a difference or any reason Cetrotide might be better for DOR? My RE has always given me Cetrotide but I heard you don’t have to mix or refrigerate Ganirelix so I was thinking about asking if I could switch next cycle
Did anyone ever have maturity issues form clomid? I just had a bad cycle after a good one. My RE thinks I had some maturity issues and wants to remove clomid from my next protocol
