Diy stove switch repair or new stove?

I have a whirlpool stove that's about 7 years old. Last summer the "stovetop hot light" just randomly stayed on even after the drive was off for hours. Around the same time the temperature control for each burner became limited to high or meh - no in between setting.

I had a repairman look at it and confirm that the switch needed to be replaced and that it wasn't otherwise dangerous. I also chose not to do the repair that day since it was several hundred dollars. We've since evolved to be able to cook with this issue but we're having issues with other appliances also so wondering if it's worth replacing the stove also or attempting a diy fix to make cooking a bit easier. It's this a difficult fix to do?

Lightroom ai assisted culling

I usually use Imagen AI for culling but recently tried the ai assisted culling in Lightroom classic just to see what it was like. So far it hasn't really saved me much time as it takes so long to actually rate entire weddings and the rating system didn't feel very intuitive.

For people that have been able to integrate Lightroom's culling into your workflow:

- what is your workflow with lrc's ai assisted culling and how is it working for you?

- Any tips that you recommend to get better results?

What happened?

My marigolds went from the first picture to the second in about a month. What's wrong? Should I cut it or pull them out and start over?

Big chop

My rubber tree has two branches but was looking leggy so I cut the taller one almost two weeks ago and already have several new branches growing. I'm amazed at how fast it happened 😍

I gave the top part to a neighbor to propagate and I have some leaves in water to see if they'll grow anything. 🙏🏽

My first alocasia

I've finally found the right combination for this plant. I've had it just over two years and I've repot it twice, most recently was maybe April.

Should I separate them? There's about three large plants and a baby now. I really love this fluffy look it has but I want to encourage bigger leaves.

I've kept this little plant alive for about a year and a half and I just wanted to brag a bit 😁

I've had a hard time with it and the leaves are still small (smaller than my hand) but today I noticed it has 4 leaves and I don't think I've ever seen it with more than two or three at a time ☺️

Happy to hear from anyone who's successfully grown these into big plants.

Tiny

My teeny tiny house pothos. It's in a pot with soil, in a oui yogurt jar with water. Since I added the pot to the water it grew the third leaf 😊

Hobbies that you didn't receive to love

What's a hobby you picked up reluctantly that you now genuinely love? I need ideas that aren't screens.

New leaf!

Its split into a few different plants, any advice for separating them? I would love for the leaves to get bigger.

Golden hour

Shot golden hour portraits a few days ago and everything just worked; the light, the subject, the location. Reminder that some sessions are just magic and you can't manufacture it.

How to improve this composition?

This is a phone shot, unedited. I'm looking for advice specifically on the composition. I had a hard time deciding how I wanted to frame it. I put the one I think is strongest first but open to feedback.

Close up

Caught this little guy on a flower this week. I didn't see any noticable damage so I don't know if he's eating it or not.

Obsessed with these leaves (Varigated rubber tree)

I've had this little tree for a few years now and I always marvel at the colors and patterns on the leaves, they look almost painted on.
