I normally wrap my cars, but the Midnight Blue Metallic offered on the 996 Turbo had me thinking running orange brembos would be less common route than a body color change, I wasn’t certain of the outcome but these navy/indigo shades can really pop with bright color contrasting them, so I got the idea to try to color match the caliper text to the body. What do yall think? I’m thoroughly impressed. First time painting calipers with VHT real orange and clear, wet sanded with 400 800 and 1000. I can’t wait to finish the driver side now!

Wheel studs are in! so in that one snapped 🤣 working on the other side now but these old 993 6 multi size spline wheel locks are fighting me. Anywho, really happen with how these came out, calipers getting painted orange next with paint match porsche lettering. The blurple tint coat/ orange combo has me intrigued. Vids dropping on YouTube soon. This has been manicuring this car back up to full health. Previous owner certainly focused on just driving and enjoying it haha. Can’t blame them!

Quick update on the build of one of my mezger cars. Wheel studs in transit, along with some odd/end sensors, carbon duct is in, I couldn’t find ANYTHING for the scoop removal but an old dusty forum reply, so I will have a video showing this process on YouTube, but the carbon was not a perfectly match with the OEM trim and didn’t fit perfectly, with the memory and rigidity carbon fiber has I didn’t want to just glue or tape it, so some black window sealant saved the day 😅 man this car impresses me so much vs my other Porsches. Fits like a glove.

Thinking about wrapping it this spring. Lmk what color you think. Prob gonna sell the 18” advans too. I wanna do something different
