Do I have a good collection

This was my dad's bike used to ride it around his job doing conventions he passed away last year and I acquired it I just would like a little bit more insight on frame and handlebars my dad kept it ugly for a reason cuz he would told me that he didn't want nobody stealing it which I think it gives it character

Yeah I picked this up everything seems to be original on it my neighbor mother had passed away he was cleaning up the property and had no use for it had it by the trash anyway just wanted to know would it be something that somebody would want

Tight fit but it works just 55 + mph 140cc engine on it I'm new to this let me know what you think in the comments
