So, Value Village in my small Ontario, Canada town is trying to sell pistons from a disassembled engine for $10 each. 🤣🤣🤣
Firstly, they're useless. Secondly, you can pick up an entire engine at a junkyard for $100.
Google says it's Mario Arnaboldi | Mira floor lamp (1984), but the base looks a bit different from the image results and so does the lighted tip.
This is the nicest lamp I've ever found at a thrift store, so of course I had to take it home (the shade is metal). I was wondering if anyone knows anything about it? It looks like it could be IKEA, but there are no markings that I could find.

I just bought these sesame chips today (April 29, 2026) and as soon as I opened them, they smelled like rancid oil. The taste was bitter, too.
So, this Dollar Tree in Niagara Falls, Ontario has product on its pegs that are waaay past the best before date.
I bought them thinking it was 2026, but the taste and smell indicates 2025 and sources online say that this expiry date is 2025.
Neither house in Niagara Falls, ON is selling, but one of these sellers looks more delusional than the other.
The outside of the house accurately reflects how it looks on the inside, too.
