I'm looking for a talented video editor to join me on an ongoing documentary project. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person — not a one-off gig.

What the work looks like:

I'll provide a video idea, and from there the full production pipeline is yours to own:

1. Script — You'll write the script using Claude AI, which I'll review and approve before anything moves forward
2. Voiceover — Once the script is approved, you'll record the narration using ElevenLabs
3. Footage — You'll source all relevant footage (stock, archival, b-roll, etc.)
4. Edit — You'll cut everything together in a polished, high-end Netflix documentary style
5. Thumbnail — You'll deliver a professional thumbnail to go with each video

Video specs: ~20–30 minutes per episode, Netflix documentary aesthetic (think Making a Murderer, The Last Dance, cinematic pacing, clean motion graphics, professional colour grade)

About how we'll work together:

I'll be largely hands-off in the day-to-day — I trust the right person to run with it. My involvement is approving the script and voiceover before you proceed, and final sign-off on the edit. We'll communicate via Discord for quick back-and-forth.

What I'm looking for:

• Fluent English (written and spoken — you'll be directing the voiceover)
• Proven experience editing in a documentary/cinematic style
• Comfortable working with AI tools (Claude, ElevenLabs)
• Self-directed and reliable — you won't need hand-holding
