Hi Rotterdam,

For a long while we have been searching for someone to do a small toilet renovation (built-in toilet, tiles, plumbing). I have only come across two types of contractors, non serious ones that promise to call back but never do or out of this world expensive (4k-6k just for the labour for a 1.2x1.2m toilet). I understand that it's a small project and most contractors are busy but I still have some hope that someone will take it. I've already tried online services such as Werkspot.

If you have recently had sanitary renovation work done and we're happy with the results could you please recommend me your contact?

Also, if you have experience on the topic, what should my price expectation befor the labour (demolition, plumbing, tiling and sanitary fitting)?

Say I have a Newznab addon and 2 services for usenet, built in AIOstreams and nzbdav pulling from another service via API. How does the system behave under the hood? Does it randomly pick a service to use? will it try the other service if it encounters a missing article?

I have been using Stremio for quite a while now. I have been very happy with public instances of AIOstreams, and various catalogues paired with TB and EN (Easynews++). I can basically watch 99% of content out there. Very rarely have I tried to watch something and not found a working stream.

But then my palace of solitude was shattered when I learnt you can have a free instance on Oracle cloud (OCI) - 2 arm CPUs, 12 GB RAM. So I started looking at self-hosting. Primarily to get better performance.

I hosted AIOStreams + Infinidysk (nzbdav fork).

In AIOStreams I set up the built in Comet w/ Torbox and Newznab with AltHUB.

Generally, I did not feel much of a difference between Usenet streaming and Debrid streaming. They both showed their pros and cons:

Debrid:
+ generally had more results, found results that Usenet did not, but I blame my indexer more than anything (still haven't purchased another indexer)
+ cheaper
+ easy to set up, just copy paste your API key.

Usenet:
+ streams start about 1 seconds faster.
+ seeking is faster, but not always

For my situation, I just see the setup I had before totally fine. The whole self hosting business was meant to reach near instant load times, but I was not able to. I am writing this post to, firstly ask if anyone has been able to achieve near instant load time while self hosting, and how?! And secondly, to let people know that the self hosting business is overated for the casual user.

Hi all, just switched from Stremio to Nuvio, primarily due to profiles but I am starting to see many positives.

As such I was thinking that my trusty Stremio setup might need a refresh.

I am currently running AIOstreams with Cinemeta inside of AIOstreams (to provide nice posters everywhere) and Streaming Catalogues. This has served me very well for almost a year with minimal changes. I get poster ratings, nicely formatted and sorted streams and Cinemeta catalogues + numerous streaming services.

I've been browsing on this subredding and I see Xperience add on pop up a lot. As far as I gathered it's the new AIO style catalogue add on. Did I get that right?

Tl dr: I am running AIOstreams, Cinemeta and streaming catalogue. What is your current nice looking set up? Is Xperience + AIOstreams the current state of the art in nuvio?

Ik ben bezig met het tekenen van een contract voor nieuwe ramen. Als onderdeel van het proces zullen we ook een deel van de muur openbreken en een opening van 3,74m x 2,4m naar de tuin maken voor een schuifdeur. De schuifdeur bestaat uit 3 delen, waarbij het middelste deel het bewegende deel is van ongeveer 1,25 m breed. Ik heb twee topaanbiedingen die niet verschillen in prijs, maar wel in wat ze bieden.

1. Aluminium schuifdeur met een enigszins verouderd profiel met een Uf-waarde van 3,0 + driedubbel glas en een normaal schuifmechanisme (Belisol Duorail Pure Slimline). Als alternatief bieden ze een hef- en schuifdeur aan, maar met dikkere profielen (Belisol Duorail Pure). Deze zal een insectenwering van een derde partij integreren.

2. Een moderne, topklasse uPVC hef- en schuifdeur met geïntegreerde insectenwering (Schmidt Quinline 74 + Inscreen insectenwering)

Ik zou het zeer op prijs stellen als iemand zijn of haar mening kan geven over welke op de lange termijn een betere keuze zou zijn

Does anyone have the new servers? I ordered from Cheaply, servers don't work anymore but he won't reply for days. It's happened in the past and an updated server URL does the job, just he's not answering....

Mijn gootsteen in de keuken loopt niet goed leeg. Ik heb een aannemer ingeschakeld om dit te laten doen, en mogelijk ook andere klussen in de toekomst. Het probleem vereist werkzaamheden in de kruipruimte. Eerst zullen ze de bestaande leiding opensnijden en controleren op verstoppingen. Ze vermoeden dat de leiding is verzakt, waardoor er een helling tegen de waterstroom in ontstaat. De buis moet vervolgens correct worden geplaatst. Bij werkzaamheden in de kruipruimte zijn twee personen vereist, dus de kosten bedragen 120 euro per uur, exclusief btw en materiaalkosten. De werkzaamheden zouden naar schatting 4 uur in beslag nemen. Meningen?
