Good non-oil based body scrub

Personally HATE oil-based scrubs

1 - they are often too abrasive

2 - they are extremely dangerous as they make the shower/tub floor slippery

This Revuelle scrub is pretty good : *I believe this scrub is rice powder

a) when purchased, I paid 3.00€ for it

b) almost scentless

  1. pretty "strong" (this is not an everyday exfoliation metod" but the cream texture balances it

I feel part of the cult

I don't have particularly oily skin but then summer discounts made me more willing to order (they, I guess, balanced out the 5€ of shipping). Also since I never ordered from them I got a 50ml mini mist - which made me glad :)

cruelty free makeup brands

For the longest time I believed Rom&nd to be CF but apparently it's undisclosed. Their han long mascara is my absolute favorite.

Anyone ever tried this milk from Lola from Rio (haircare brand from Brazil)

I am asking here because I see this product is pretty accessible in Europe (Douglas, Primor, Hair Gallery etc.)

Sephora collection contour alternatives ? *EUROPEAN*

Do you have recs that are comparable to the SC contour please only powder product recs available (online or IRL) in Europe.

I don't care whether it's a product marketed to contour even if it's a single eyeshadow it's fine.

Please, if possible I am looking for recs <15€.

Do you oil your body on top of moisturiser or do you stick to just creams/lotions in the summer?

If so, do you use dry oils or regular ones?

BPO for body odor... what do you make of it?

I have seen a lot of US and UK based derm advising the use of BPO for body odor. Which I find super interesting since BPO is antibacterial (that's why it works so well on active acne after all...).

Now I have sometimes done it but I use very religiously antiperspirant every night so I guess I wanted to know by those who incorporate the product into your routine what has it done for you.

Shimmer body oils CAN be a recipe for disaster in the summertime

It might be that I find myself too much on American Tiktok (I definitely do :>) but I feel when summertime comes around there is a lot of content on shimmer/bronzy body oils.

And look - I really like that type of product as well BUT oils *do* make skin more susceptible to the sun. So, if you are using for a night-out: same BUT please do be mindful not use such products in the daytime.

You could for the same look apply a normal spf -let it dry and set for 10/15minutes- then use a sort of shimmer glow SPF on the chest, shoulders etc.

Also oftentimes brands are stingier with the amount in these types of product so by only using as a final layer you are "stretching" the product as well.

Ecran SPFs

I came across this brand when I took a stroll around a Primor store... realised that the pricing was *relatively* affordable to other accessible suncare brands eg. nivea, garnier etc.

What do you make of the brand? Have any of you tried their suncare products? I saw they also have a gradual tanning cream...

ITALIAN brand Skin First :

They currently have a sale going.

I was intrigued by their vitamin c mask - aside from the vitamin c it contains mandelic acid which is an exfoliating acid that I really like! I was a bit *hm* that it had fragance but it is a wash-off product so it's a detail I can overlook.

Those who tried it: did you like, did your skin agree with it, did you notice a difference in the appearance of brightness with consistent use?
