HATEEEE when im in a lil argument online and the person hits me with the “get a job” like baby there are 24 hours in a day and the average person only works for 8 of them and sleeps for 8 of them which leaves me approximately 8 hours of free time per day to tell you that what you’re saying is genuinely stupid

(this applies to finances split either way btw, even 70/30 depending on who makes more) but anyways

i wish people would stop glamorizing the idea of a life of doing nothing at home all day and relying on a man to provide financially for you. you should ALWAYS have a backup plan and your OWN finances. it doesn’t matter how much you love or trust someone, people and life are unpredictable and you cannot rely on someone else for everything! that lifestyle does not seem glamorous to me at all. i hate the idea of having to ask my partner for money so i can leave the house to go shopping, and that also opens up the door to financial control or abuse. i would feel so much more secure knowing that not only are my bills paid but i also have my own money that i can spend on my own volition

let me set the scene:

you go out to dinner with a friend, and they’re debating whether or not to get a side of fries. they decide against it, but you do get the side of fries.
your fries come out and they look so good. then your friend regrets their decision then starts saying things like “ughhh i should have gotten the fries” “i wish i would have gotten the fries instead” “ughhh those smell SO good”

like bro. if you want some of my fries, ASK ME. i
will give you some fries if you can at least use your words!!!! otherwise i’m gonna eat my yummy fries and you’re sat there shit outta luck with no fries at all

i started the pill three weeks ago. i am also taking adderall so i know this specific combo is completely tanking my appetite but i unfortunately i need both:/

my biggest issue rn is that i haven’t been eating any more than maybe 500 calories a day for the last two weeks, and i know that isn’t sustainable but every time i try to sit down to eat i just can’t stomach it. the nausea im getting from the pill im almost fully certain is stemming from the lack of calories and its starting to effect my daily life bc i constantly feel sick or sluggish & don’t even get me started on the constipation 🤕

anyways , how are yall forcing yourselves to eat when you have zero appetite? right now the only thing i’ve been able to do to increase my calorie intake is liquid calories like coffee or smoothies. is there any sort of trick or something i can do that can stimulate my appetite or am i just gonna have to keep trying to force myself until i get it down?

there needs to be an entire section of the airport dedicated to people who don’t know wtf they’re doing . like why are you walking at the speed of a tortoise while dragging your roller bag behind you. like it’s fine take ur time, not like any of us have anywhere important to be 🫩 like walk with purpose dude. and then it’s always a group of those people standing in a line next to each other so you can’t even try to pass them

or people who stand still directly in the middle of a moving walkway instead of to the right side
and people who feel the need to come to a dead stop to turn around or go somewhere else without even thinking about the people behind them
or people who are boarding group 8 standing by the gate and blocking people from walking knowing damn well they’re probably gonna have to check their carry on anyways
and don’t even get me started on the people in the back who feel the need to stand up directly when the plane reaches the gate when they don’t even have a connecting flight

like the airport is the ONE place you should not only have maximum efficiency but also common sense and respect for everyone else who might be trying to catch their connection

i’m 25. when i was a kid, we grew up on online games where we either couldn’t chat at all, safe chat or free chat that was HEAVILY moderated and would swiftly ban you with no second chances (coolmath, club penguin, poptropica, wizard101 etc) and i spent a majority of my time online on girlsgogames. social media was still very brand new and most people still didn’t have it.

now, there are zero safe websites or games for children. flash is dead, most of the classics shut down, and websites like GGG are infested with elsagate bullshit. now pretty much every game is hosted on roblox and ironically that’s arguably the worst place a child could possibly be. all of the popular games are pure brainrot with elements to keep children online and addicted to their games (like the 5 min restock feature) AND the entire company as a whole has made it very clear that properly moderating their chats to protect children from being groomed/abused is not a priority for them. and don’t even get me started on discord.

now social media is way too prevalent. everyone has it and 11 year olds are being scrutinized at school for not having phones or not being on apps like snapchat (which is a breeding ground for online child abuse due to quick add and disappearing messages), young kids on tiktok know farrrrr too much about mature topics i didn’t even know existed at their age, everything everywhere is monetized and tiktok OF bops are constantly glamorizing the lifestyle leading young teenagers to believe it’s a get rich quick scheme and they start making adult content the second they turn 18. there’s also a plethora of pro self harm and eating disorder content across apps like tiktok and twitter and NSFW content is very easy to stumble upon without even having to search for it.

parents are not teaching their children internet safety and they sure as hell are not monitoring their internet usage and it is doing irreparable damage to our youth. i’m genuinely concerned about the future of gen alpha 🫩 i know most apps are marketed as 13+ anyways but there should really be enforced and mandated bans for children who aren’t of age. like device/IP banning instead of just deleting the account and letting them simply create a new one.

tldr: there is way more cons than pros for letting your children on the internet and i heavily judge people on their parenting styles regarding it and i feel as if parents should be held responsible/accountable if their children end up being harmed online from lack of moderation.

hi! i just started wegovy about two weeks ago. the first few days were fine for me side effect wise but the last week has been constant nausea 😭 i got a zofran script (15 4mg tablets) but 15 is absolutely not enough bc ive been going through like two a day, i have 5 left and don’t know how i could possibly get through the rest of the month without them 🥲

here are my arguments:

1. “teen” is one of if not the highest searched porn category of all time by men across multiple platforms , and a majority of these videos the models are wearing pigtails, dressed very childlike and/or are titled along the lines of “step dad punishes teen daughter”

2. on the topic of porn, a lot of men who become addicted to porn long term end up getting bored of what’s on the usual sites and begin to seek out much more taboo content until it ends up blurring the lines between morality and legality

3. the only reason 50 year old men pursue barely legal freshly 18s is bc they legally can not go any lower, and if the age of consent was abolished there would be nothing stopping them from pursuing them MUCH younger

4. even “innocent” looking , hard working family
   oriented men have been caught pursuing minors, so the argument that “most men hate that stuff!” holds no weight bc ofc literally nobody would ever admit to being into that stuff

5. the ONLY thing keeping them from purchasing or watching CSAM is the fear of going to prison, and even that doesn’t stop them sometimes so i can guarantee that if there were no legal consequences for it, they would be shameless about it or even try to normalize it bc of it being “legal”

let me preface this by putting a disclaimer that i am clearly not speaking about ACTUAL ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIPS.

anyways, if you were cheated on and choose to stay then i really don’t care if it happens to you again. ESPECIALLY if you made it everyone else’s business by putting them on blast all over social media just to stay in that relationship. someone who loves you and respects you would never cheat on you in the first place so idk why people are so naive to think they mean it when they say they’re sorry and will change when we all know all they’re going to do is figure out a way to hide it better so they don’t get caught, AND ALSO when they inevitably cheat on you again they know they’ll get away with it bc you let it slide the first time and they just take advantage of your lack of boundaries. just learn to let the relationship go

hi!! is anyone else here on both of these simultaneously and can weigh in?
i just started wegovy (1.5) about 5 days ago and went back on my adderall three days ago. i literally cannot tell whats wegovy and whats the stimulant. yesterday i woke up late so i didn’t take the adderall and i was absolutely starving and def had the appetite but i couldn’t finish more than like a quarter of my meal before i felt full but is that not way too early to be experiencing that from the GLP1 or is it normal to feel that way that early just without the weight loss (yet)
is it even worth being on both? should i just keep going even if idk which medicine is doing what and if i can’t tell if the wegovy is working as intended? if i absolutely had to quit one it would be the wegovy but i still wanna give it a chance 😖

can anyone else remind me of other rly shitty stuff she’s done so i have more examples of why she’s not a good person? the only things i really can think of off the top of my head rn are her continuing to be friends w JC and only calling him out after the whole evan thing, and the fact that she keeps ignoring the sal stuff/laughing abt it with her friends
