Rebel Cheese arrived room temperature. OK to eat?

First time ordering Rebel Cheese - very excited.

It was shipped Friday and arrived Monday in the midwest heat.

The ice bags were completed melted, and the cheese was room temperature.

It's been in the fridge overnight and everything hardened up.

Obviously with dairy cheese, this would be garbage.

But for vegan cheese, is there a good chance it's OK?

We've written to the company to get their advice but curious if anyone has an opinion here.

Thanks.

Edit: Been eating it - it's awesome. And no issues.

How can I get my Hermes agent to help with this type of calendaring problem?

I am currently using Hermes hosted on a VPS, and it's connected to my Google calendar (read-only).

A common issue I have is that someone will send me a list of potential meeting times:

e.g.,

date 1, times 1, 2, 3

date 2, times 1,2,3

etc.

And I have to painstakingly go through and manually check these.

My calendar is very complicated with many overlapping meetings all day long, and just because there is something scheduled at that time, that doesn't mean I'm not available. And just because the time looks blank, it doesn't mean I can use that time for the meeting.

What I'd like is a way for me to have a conversation with Hermes to have it walk me through the options.

Like - "Looks like 6/30 at 9am might work, but you'd have to skip X and Y" or whatever.

Or is there another solution to this?

Thanks for the advice.

How much TTS on the free tier?

I am happy to support Readest - was thinking about the $15 Lifetime to start.

But I see that the free tier does not specify a limit on TTS while the $5/mo tier has unlimited TTS.

This suggests that there is a limit to TTS on the free tier.

I'm just curious what that limit is - I can't find it anywhere.

And I'm assuming that the lifetime options are just for storage and don't include extra TTS, right?

Thanks.

Do any distros have working WiFi for 2017 MacBook Pro?

I've tried a bunch of distros, including Linux Mint, Elementary OS, and EndeavourOS.

None provide WiFi support for my 2017 MacBook Pro.

Claude and ChatGPT took me down a bunch of driver rabbit holes without any success.

Are there any distros that have have working Wifi?

I have had a Google Voice number for over 15 years - started as a Grand Central number. I use it for everything. Google Voice is my main texting app.

What are my options for migrating away from Google Voice - and hopefully keeping this number.

I booked a Basic flight using points for me and 4 family members + one companion on my reservation.

I am ALP with the SW Premiere Visa.

My question is, who on the reservation gets free checked bags?

Sorry - I know this is knowable from reading the fine print T&Cs, but I'm hoping someone here has a quicker answer. Thanks.

This product at Amazon certainly looks like Gaviscon Advance, but it is not listed in the specs. I assume it is that they don't want to advertise that it is indeed Gaviscon Advance. Can I assume this is the right product?

I've been running Hermes on my own server at home for a few weeks not and absolutely love it. All of my access is through Telegram, and it's been a great assistant and companion for all of the crazy things I have going on at work and home. I love it. I'm using Claude Sonnet 4.6 right now.

Today there was a power outage where my server lives, and it's been down all day. Right now, it's just inconvenient, but I could see a time in the future where it would really affect my ability to get work done.

I already run a small server at Hetzner (2 vCPU, 4GB RAM, 40GB SSD). The only job it does right now is direct traffic via NPM to Jellyfin and Immich on my unRAID server.

I'd like to move Hermes to that Hetzner server. Will this be a straghtforward process? Will I be able to retain all of the skills and memory I’ve built up? The main skills right now are reading and writing google docs and maintaining my to do list.

I may move from $5/mo to $7.50/mo for a more powerful server, but I'll start here. It seems easy to rescale the server if I want to.

Thanks for the advice.
