this thing just gose to 00.001 amps evin when i set it to 2amps at 30v the solar panel i have is a 19v 100w is there a thing like this that is not need to be messed about to use it the battery is a 16amphor and only get`s to 30% of what it can hold just want a [non complex] way to do this that is all

might rework this setup to have the solar on a frame over head like a sun roof just need to figger out how to bolt it on the fount of the trike so it dose not block the handle bars
