Can i create a site that has global reach and upload by visitors without coding

Hi developers hope to get some advice from you guys since i dont know how to code.

I want to make a global site where people from different locations write something and upload it on the site (using CMS) without having a profile on the site.

Where can i do it easily without having to pay other than a monthly plan? I have experince with Wix but dont know if it is the best platform to choose for this project and price point. Since i dont code and i will not monetise the site.

I have an idea for a website that could get a lot of emails worldwide through the concept.

What is the best way to monetize a website or through mail that does not directly have a focused community of such but what im guessing will have many different people in different age groups worldwide ?

NEED HELP to improve my subreddit comedy concept

I want to make a subreddit with a comedy community concept where a situation/mission is put in as a question and comedians all answer with their one-liners or their comedic inputs. (I put an image of the bio text)

Example post could be

Mission: You run into someone you vaguely know and they say “We should catch up soon!” Give the most creative excuses why that’s never happening.

Is the concept good or bad and why? Is there anything I could do better?

Help with my new comedy style community

So I made a new subreddit for comedy missions where you write a mission and comedians and funny people answer. Can you guys help me make the concept even better? Or have any ideas? There are examples of missions in the next image here.

Mission: You wake up with the ability to only speak in movie quotes for one day. How does your normal morning go?

People are generous when gaining something!

People often engage in “generous” acts like publicly tipping or donating, not purely out of altruism, but to gain social rewards such as praise, status, or validation.

This is called “signaling theory”.

Have you been in any situations where you experienced this or the opposite?

Trying to learn more about ASMR and need your help in analyzing this video constructively:

- Any tingles or favorite moments that hit different?

- How did it make you feel while watching?

- What would make a video like this even better?

- good, bad, sound, editing, colors, any other thoughts?
