Looking for an Xbox Series X Controller with a Soft Back

Hi guys, can someone please help me find a controller with a soft material on the back? I have an Xbox Series X, and the controller that comes with it makes my pinky finger hurt because the material on the back is hard and textured. Is there any controller with the same soft material as the front?

Finally got the Xbox

I was planning to get the Series X, but I kept thinking about whether I really needed it or not. I already have the PS5 Pro, and all my new games are already purchased on it. My only real reason for getting an Xbox was to play older games and eventually replace my PS3.
I then decided to go with the Series S, but it took me some time to find one because I specifically wanted the black version. I finally got one today. It’s used, but it’s basically like new. The previous owner barely used it, and I got it with the original box and all the original accessories for $270. I hope that was a good deal, and I also hope choosing the Series S was the right decision.
To be honest, it took me some time to get used to the controller, but it’s actually very good. The only thing I’m missing is my KontrolFreek, which makes the controller much more comfortable for me since I’m used to using one on my PlayStation.
Overall, the console is amazing and very fast, and the games look really good especially the older Xbox 360 games. I’m really happy with it so far.

Activity Detection

Has anyone else been experiencing the same issue, especially after the last update? The workout auto-detection doesn’t seem to be working anymore. Even when my strain starts to rise during a workout, it still doesn’t detect the activity automatically.

Advice Please 🙏

Hi everyone,

Could someone please take a look at these screenshots from the MF app and let me know if I’m on the right track? I’d really appreciate your feedback on whether my current approach looks good or if you think I should make any
changes.

Thanks in advance!

how to start.

Hi everyone,

I'd love to have some of these themes or dock on my NVIDIA Shield, but I have no idea where to start or how to load them onto my device.

Is there a beginner's guide or tutorial that I can follow? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Read and Write

Hi everyone,

I’m currently using WHOOP, and I’m thinking about getting the new Garmin CIRQA.

I have a question, Does Garmin read data from Apple Health?
My current setup is that my gym app writes my workouts to Apple Health, and then that data is synced to WHOOP. Does Garmin work the same way, or does it require workouts to be recorded directly on the Garmin device?

Please advice

I purchased three training programs: Min-Max Program – Phase 1, Min-Max Program – Phase 2, and The Bodybuilding Transformation System.

My question is: Each program has two blocks, and each block contains one week of workouts. For how many weeks should I repeat each block before moving on to the next one?

Steps Isuues ( solution )

For anyone having issues with step count differences between WHOOP and the iPhone or Apple Watch, here's the fix that finally worked for me after spending a lot of time searching for a solution. This issue was driving me crazy.

I decided to use WHOOP as my only step-counting device, so no step data is collected from my iPhone or Apple Watch.

Open the Health app.

Go to Steps.

Scroll down and tap Data Sources & Access.

Drag WHOOP to the very top of the list so Apple Health prioritizes WHOOP as the primary source for step data.

Also make sure WHOOP has full permission to Read and Write data in Apple Health.

  1. Stop your iPhone from counting steps

If you don't want your iPhone to contribute step data:

Open Settings.

Go to Privacy & Security → Motion & Fitness.

Turn Fitness Tracking Off.

With these settings, WHOOP becomes the primary source for step counts in Apple Health, and any app that reads step data from Apple Health will use your WHOOP step count instead.

This completely fixed the issue for me. Hopefully it helps someone else too!

My weight isn't improving

Do you have any advice on what I should do? My weight isn't improving, it keeps fluctuating, going down and then back up.

I've been following the strategy recommended by the MF app, and I'm not exceeding my daily calorie target. However, my overall weight doesn't seem to be progressing.

muscle advice for a beginner

Hi guys,

I just wanted to get your advice. Am I doing okay? Based on these photos, what do you think I should focus on more, or should I focus on lifting heavier weights? I know my body doesn’t look great right now, but I’m trying my best to improve my lifting experience and make progress. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Whoop blood pressure

Hi guys,

I really don't understand how the blood pressure process works. I did the first reading at the hospital, and the Whoop app asked me to enter three blood pressure readings. Do I need to repeat this process every time I want to check my blood pressure, or will Whoop automatically provide blood pressure readings after the initial setup?

Do i am doing well?

I feel like my recovery score has been improving since I started focusing more on myself, especially after changing my gym schedule.

I used to go to the gym after finishing work, but I was always feeling tired from driving almost one and a half hours each way, in addition to my duty hours. That’s almost 3 hours of driving every day, so by the time I reached the gym after work, my body was already exhausted.

Since I bought WHOOP, it gave me some ideas to change my lifestyle. I started going to the gym early in the morning before work instead. I finish my workout, then head to work afterward. Because of this change, I also started sleeping earlier so I can wake up early for the gym.

I follow this routine 5 days a week with 2 days off, and now I’m trying to improve my sleep even more.

Do you guys have any tips for improving sleep? I’d really appreciate your feedback and suggestions.
