I emailed them on the site a couple of weeks ago clearly stating what was needed and I got asked the same question a week later and responded confirming. Still waiting for a response for the next steps. Does it normally take this long to get a response?

Went on a group ride for the first time a couple of days ago. 5 said yes and only 3 actually made it despite rain in the forecast. I was one of them.
I mostly ride solo and with this group, it felt like I was doing double effort just to keep up! It was a tough ride, but I managed to keep up thanks to the weekly rides. It started sunny and on the way back it started pouring. It was such a nice ride in the rain after the heat and humidity. Oh and my new mud flaps from a previous post worked well 😂
This experience made me realize that I will need bigger wheels to keep up in group rides. No Brompton groups where I live, unfortunately.
I can finally go on more rides on Chasing Watts (16-18mph), which looked impossible until now. Took a while to see this and I get it now. Will be looking for bigger wheels soon 🤩
EDIT - Context: This is a ride for exercise/fitness - some will not care. I care to keep improving and pushing limits - not in a crazy way but for my personal progress to be able to keep up in other areas of life.
Was doing light maintenance before group ride tomorrow morning and noticed the 2yo front mud flap looking sad. Been thinking about getting a replacement at some point.
