Hi everyone!
My name is Wanda. I'm a vegan chef, Health Coach, and passionate advocate for conscious, plant-based living.
Over the years I've had the opportunity to work in some incredible kitchens, including Noma, Blue Hill at Stone Barns, and Astrid y Gastón in Peru. I've also been vegan for over 8 years, and I see food as nutrition, a way to care for ourselves, our communities, and the planet.
I currently have small-batch weekly plant-based meal prep from my kitchen in Long Island City, Queens.
Everything is 100% plant-based , cooked using ceramic cookware, with olive oil and avocado oil, and crafted with mostly organic ingredients. I cook the way I would cook for myself and the people I love.
Each week includes 5 different meals (2 portions of each), with a rotating menu that changes weekly and cycles seasonally. One meal every week is freezed for a little extra flexibility.
This week's menu:
🦋Crispy Tofu Cutlet
Breaded crispy tofu cutlet with roasted sweet potatoes, crunchy slaw, pumpkin seeds, pickles and spicy maple mustard.
🦋 Creamy Tempeh Stroganoff
Creamy tempeh and vegetables in a savory stroganoff sauce, served with smoky roasted potatoes and green peas.
🦋High Protein Pesto Pasta
Protein pasta with basil walnut pesto, roasted chickpeas, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, Brussels sprouts and hemp seeds.
🦋Latina Bowl
Rice, black beans, plantains, tofu scramble, edamame, pico de gallo and ginger carrot dressing.
🦋Eggplant Parmesan
Baked eggplant parmesan with tofu-white bean ricotta and arugula salad with balsamic dijon dressing.
I do the delivery on Sunday with extra fee or you can pick up in Long Island City, Queens.
I also offer private cooking classes, health coaching, and will be hosting community events in the near future.
I already have a wonderful group of regular clients, but I'm looking to connect with a few more people who would enjoy having this delicious meals ready for the week.

A comforting curry made with red lentils, tofu, coconut milk, cauliflower, carrots and kale. Served with garlic basmati rice.
🌿 Crispy Eggplant Milanese
Oven-baked crispy eggplant cutlets served with creamy mashed potatoes and tomato basil sauce.
🌿 Green Goddess Protein Bowl
Protein-packed quinoa bowl with roasted tofu, broccoli, cucumber, carrots, pickled red onions, roasted chickpeas and crunchy sunflower seeds. Served with a creamy tahini miso dressing.
🌿 Crispy Coconut Tempeh Stroganoff
Golden tempeh in a creamy mushroom-coconut stroganoff sauce with onions, paprika and spinach. Served with garlic basmati rice and sautéed vegetables.
🌿 Vegan Pastelón (frozen)
Layers of sweet plantains, black beans, lentils and sofrito, baked until golden and finished with vegan cheese and fresh herbs. Served with crunchy cabbage slaw and lime vinaigrette.

I'm trying On Bento this month and I already sent 150 mails,
I only got 2 free products from there and any money .
Im also a new creator, so I have my portfolio but maybe not super reliable .
But I don't know if is worthy to keep paying and investing my money on this .
