I'm too nervous to use the medications in case I get heart related side effects

Would oral saw palmetto, pygeum and pumpkin seed oil alongside topical rosemary oil meaningfully slow or stop DHT related early stage hair loss?

Obviously I can't wear head strap ones as that would get in the way of the clippers and the earloop ones I have don't really fit very well and give me anxiety every time I get a haircut
