missed diwali muhurat because my bank wire was slow, rethinking how to send money to india from abroad

Sister called me diwali morning asking if I'd forgotten the kids' shagun. I had sent it. Five days earlier. Money was just parked somewhere in the international banking pipeline doing whatever wires do for a week, scheduled to land november 3rd.

Diwali was october 31st. Mom's verdict: "not the same, they opened their other gifts without anything from you."

Four years I've used chase wire for every festival send because I set it up my first week in seattle and never touched it again. Apparently UPI from abroad has existed for two years and lands in phonepe in minutes. Minutes. While I've been wiring.

NRIs, what are you actually using these days? Is UPI really as fast as people claim or is that best case scenario marketing?

I miss my future husband and my unborn child, and its such a weird feeling, is it normal?

I used to hate the idea of marriage, and pregnancy was one of my biggest phobias (it still is). But I don’t know—something changed in me this year. Now I want to get married, have a child, a family, my own house… cooking for my husband and kid, taking care of them.

It’s just so weird because I used to hate all of this to the point that I’ve never dated anyone. Even my family and friends are convinced that I’m never going to get married. My family doesn’t force me at all—they don’t even bring up the topic because they understand how much I used to hate marriage and kids.

Now I’m so confused because suddenly I want all of it—to get married, be a stay-at-home wife, take care of my kids, do gardening, and wait for my husband to come home every evening…

It feels so, so weird. And because of these thoughts, I feel kind of lonely too

What hydrogen water benefits research actually shows after 15 years of studies

The hydrogen water research base is much narrower than the marketing around it implies, but the parts that hold up are more interesting than I expected once you strip out the noise. The "3,000 studies" figure that gets cited in product copy is mostly inflated by counting animal models, in vitro work, and small Japanese case series, but reducing it to actual human RCTs leaves a coherent and somewhat surprising picture.

The strongest cluster of research is on oxidative stress and inflammation markers. The Ohsawa 2007 paper in Nature Medicine kicked off modern interest, showing molecular hydrogen acts as a selective antioxidant. It only neutralizes cytotoxic ROS (hydroxyl radical, peroxynitrite) without touching the signaling ROS your body actually needs. That selectivity is what makes it different from broad-spectrum antioxidants like high-dose vitamin C, which can suppress beneficial ROS along with the harmful ones. Follow-up work has been most consistent on exercise-induced oxidative stress (LeBaron 2019 review summarizes the human exercise studies) and metabolic syndrome markers (Nakao 2010 on lipid profiles). Effect sizes are modest but real.

Where the research thins out fast is on the broader claims. "Anti-aging," "energy," "weight loss," "brain function" are all extrapolations from mechanism that don't have strong human RCT data behind them. There's animal data on neuroprotection that's promising but hasn't replicated in humans at meaningful scale. Anything claiming hydrogen water cures or prevents specific diseases is overclaiming on the current evidence. The studies are mostly small (n=10 to 30), often short duration, and many are funded by hydrogen water companies, which doesn't invalidate them but does mean conflict of interest is widespread in this field. The Drink HRW group has actually been responsible for some of the better-quality clinical work, worth reading critically.

The other thing worth knowing is dose. Most of the studies that show effects use 0.5 to 1.6 ppm dissolved hydrogen, which is at or above what most consumer products actually produce. Tablets have 3 acids in them that can do more harm than good and also degrade fast once they hit water. Portable bottles vary widely between brands and use cycles. Countertop ionizers can hit consistent therapeutic ppm if dialed in correctly. For anyone actually trying to run a personal protocol, ppm matters more than method, and sustained 1 ppm or higher is the threshold where the literature suggests effects start showing up. Curious if anyone here has run an actual protocol with dissolved-H2 testing reagent to verify what they're drinking.

How to not feel insecure while being intimate?

So im 24f and I've never had s\*x, not even kiss or anything.. and i wanna do all these things now, I met someone and we're kinda in long distance, thinking of meeting soon in irl. The thing is that I've always been insecure of my looks.. im overweight ( 90kgs), I've stretchmarks, hyperpigmentation, and body rolls, teeth gaps and I hate them, i can't imagine getting naked in front of other even tho i kinda love my curves.. i tried to lose weight but I've pcos ( pmos ) and im kinda finding it difficult.. I don't think so i can lose atleast 20kg in next few months lol.. I've been craving intimacy for so long but always refused it because of my insecurities.. so again to my question, how to not feel insecure or should i just reject this guy too and try to improve myself ( even tho idk when will I lose weight and all)

I began researching the topic of men shirt sets a few days ago and became interested in whether there are environmentally friendly or sustainable solutions to the topic. I initially thought that the majority of shirt sets were still fashioned using typical cotton blends and artificial fabrics, yet the fashion sector is evidently changing. I have discovered that now sustainable sets of men shirts are produced using other fabrics, such as organic cotton, linen, bamboo fabric, and recycled polyester. The rationale behind using these fabrics is that they minimize the environmental impact, without compromising on comfort or durability. Organic cotton does not use harmful chemicals, linen is naturally breathable and recycled polyester assists in reducing plastic waste. As I was searching the various suppliers online, such as the ones listed on the Alibaba site, I found that a lot of manufacturers are also selling environmentally-friendly shirt sets that have customizable designs of both casual and formal apparel. What I have come to learn, sustainability is no longer a niche concept, it is becoming something a part and parcel of the contemporary male fashion. Eco-friendly shirt sets are certainly becoming very popular, although still under development.

Best IPTV Service - Finally I Found the Best IPTV Service Providers That Actually Works in 2026 (Trimixiptv. com)

If you’ve been searching for the best IPTV service in 2026, you’ve probably noticed one thing… most providers don’t actually deliver what they promise.

They advertise:

Thousands of channels

4K streaming

No buffering

But once you start using them, the issues show up fast:

Buffering during live sports, channels going offline, and inconsistent quality.

After testing multiple IPTV providers over the past few months, one service that actually stood out for stability is:

TRIMIXIPTV .COM

Why Most IPTV Services Fail

The IPTV market is saturated, and most providers are running on weak or overloaded servers.

Common problems include:

Buffering during peak hours

Sports channels freezing during big matches

Channels disappearing randomly

Fake HD or “4K” streams

Slow or no customer support

The reality is simple: if the backend infrastructure isn’t solid, the service won’t last.

What Makes TRIMIXIPTV .COM Different

After using TRIMIXIPTV .COM consistently, a few things stood out compared to other IPTV services.

Performance and Stability

Streams remain stable even during peak hours and live sports. This is where most IPTV providers fail, but this one holds up much better.

Channel Coverage

You get access to:

USA channels

UK channels

Canada channels

European and international content

Sports and PPV events

Everything you’d expect from a high-quality IPTV subscription.

Streaming Quality

The quality is consistent across channels:

Real Full HD streams

4K where available

Smooth playback with minimal buffering

No fake “upscaled” streams like many cheaper providers

Setup and Compatibility

Getting started is simple.

TRIMIXIPTV .COM works with Xtream Codes, so you can use apps like:

TiviMate

IPTV Smarters Pro

XCIPTV

Compatible devices include:

Firestick and Fire TV

Android devices and Android TV

Apple TV

Smart TVs

PC and Mac

Setup usually takes just a few minutes.

User Experience

The overall experience is clean and easy to use.

EPG (TV guide) loads properly

Channels are organized

Navigation is smooth and responsive

With a good player, it feels very close to traditional cable.

Pros and Cons

Pros:

Stable streaming performance

Good HD and 4K quality

Wide channel selection

Works on all major devices

Easy setup

Cons:

Requires a stable internet connection

Large channel list can take time to organize

Final Thoughts

After testing a lot of IPTV providers, TRIMIXIPTV .COM has been one of the more reliable options available in 2026.

It’s not perfect, but compared to most IPTV services out there, it performs better in terms of stability and consistency.

If your main goal is to find a provider that actually works during live events and peak hours, this is definitely one worth checking out.

I had mixed feelings since I wanted to try azelaic acid but wasn't sure what to expect.

I recently bought and tried ooznary's azelaic serum for jaw acne and redness. The first few times I used it, it tingled a bit? not in a bad way, but enough to feel like it was working.

I didn't see immediate results, but after a few weeks, my acne calmed down and the redness became less noticeable. Nothing dramatic, but definitely an improvement. Is this how azelaic acid usually works, or should it be stronger? 👍

people keep saying they haven’t found the “right” AI tool yet or the workflow that finally works but honestly… every week there’s a new tool, new feature, new method and most people just reset again try something → drop it → try something else

not because the tools are bad, but because nothing gets enough time to actually turn into something useful. it feels like progress, but it’s mostly just switching directions
