I am very new to this lostwave thing, but I just would like to post (or repost) this lostwave song and ask if anyone has any info on it. I know it was recorded on the Slolakic radio “FunRadio” presumably around the 90s-2000s? (The FunRadio channel wasn’t launched until June 1990) and someone in the comments were saying it could’ve been named “Bata Man” but no artist claims that title.

(long story short, Any driver post 26.5.1 was causing this weird issue for me, where simply opening Steam Overlay in any game would cause an AMD Driver Timeout and sometimes complety freeze up my PC, forcing me to hard reset it. The last time I saw this issue was on 26.6.1 and I didn't want to update any further, as I had already seen all the crazy stories on this sub about 6.2 & 6.3 outright bricking GPUs on top of timeouts.)

I was just curious to know, for the people out there that shared this similar issue, was it fixed in the recent update? I have a 7900 XT, and already reported this issue to AMD on 6.1 and 5.2, however while checking the Fixed Issues tab on 26.7.1, this issue wasn't brought up at all.

I'm just asking beforehand before I decide to install this driver, and it still does the same nonsense it was doing last month.

I don't know if it's just me, but whenever I play through any of the GoldSrc campaigns late at night, It always feels so... eerie and creepy.

Like (well atleast for OF & BS) there's hardly any music, a lot of long passageways with no NPCs in sight, Enemies jumpscaring you by showing up out of nowhere, the outdated textures and voicelines, loud sounds compared to Source games, etc.

These games feel so immersive to me, to the point where it feels like your truly in the shoes of the protagonist, and no one else is there for/with you while you play them, not even the people you know irl.

Like, I don't remember HL2 and it's episodes or other Source Games making me feel weird while playing it at that time of day, possibly because there was much more going on while I was playing them.

I recently have had my eyes on this game (I was looking for a dog fighting game, where you can somewhat endlessly fight AI opponents) and it seemed great. But gameplay videos on YT were kind of intimidating me (epically the HUD & Weapon management), but this will be my first War Flight game (Only other time I ever dogfought was against AI planes in Just Cause 3 and 4, and those fights are what got me interested into games like these.)

Do you think for someone very brand new to the genre as I am (haven't even played AC7/PW) would It take a while for me to learn how the game works, or is it more of a simpler game where you can just jump in and fight? I remember hearing about how this game has a G-Force feature, where if you pull too many G's, your character will start to black out, get tunnel vision, etc.

Or should I just get a game like Ace Combat or Project Wing man instead?

Not sure if this goes against the rules, But..

I am trying to look for a simple game that has somewhat of endless/sandbox mode, where you control a plane (doesn’t matter if it’s old or new) and fight other planes, but those planes are controlled by AI.

I’m NOT looking for a game that only has an online mode where you fight planes controlled by other people online.

Only games where you can just endlessly fight AI controlled planes (If those games also have an online mode; thats fine)

I have a strong feeling that Jim Browning uploaded this video, but either it was deleted/removed by YT, or I just do not remember the title of it.

All I can remember from this video is that Jim was hacking these (I believe two?) Nigerian scammers, that were doing a “your daughter gets into a car accident/gets arrested” scam iirc.

I remember these scammers putting more effort into this scam by trying to do their best “sad daughter impression” before Jim hacked their webcams and interrupted them. I remember Jim said things about the Scammers environment (iirc they were doing the scam in their house) and among other things, which caused the Scammers to curse Jim in their language.

I believe throughout the video Jim kept hacking their webcam (or even other scammers webcams) and attempted to foil the scammers daughter scam.

That’s sadly all I can remember from the video, please let me know if this is enough.

7900 XT and 7800X3D. This is literally the first driver I’ve had where simply opening steam overlay causes my PC to shit itself. Has happened on every game on Steam I’ve played (maybe besides CS2.) And no, I’m not disabling Overlay, simply because I use it all the time, lol. The last game I played crashed so bad by simply opening the overlay, I ended up having to hard reset my PC.

Hello All,

I’m very very noobish with this game (Bought a year ago, got mad all my coasters were too scary, and only came back just now.) I have played Roller Coaster Tycoon 3, and It felt like the guests will get on any custom coaster, even if it was unfinished (lmao…)

But in PC2, It feels like the crazy coasters I make with like 4-5 loops and some turns are just too scary for guests and exceed G-Force limits (understandable) which makes it so that guests can’t ride the ride.

Is there a great tutorial out there that explains how to make crazy coasters while pleasing guests? Or is it in a gamemode in the game? Any help is much appreciated!
