Worth changing?

2010 Toyota matrix, currently in a heat wave, although it's due to a rock but I honestly just heard it cracking. It's on the passenger side, so no obstruction. Is there any risk to leaving it there (water, window breaking)?

Cleaned her up

She's gonna need some paint and body work to improve but she's 16 and making it though salty winters like a champ.

How to make it more comfortable?

I have an 2010 base model, it's good for almost everything except my back hurts after 2 hours. And it tends to be a pain because usually I'll also go back to my place after said drive, etc, so I'll do a few long trips in a row. I live 4:30 hrs away from my family, 2 hrs away from a big city (I live in a city, just not quite big), so long trips are semi regular. While I wish I could justify changing it sometimes, it's one of the only legitimate reasons I have to change it. What do you use to make it more comfortable?
Thank you.

Carpet beetles and pantry beetles?

Saguenay, Québec, Canada.
So on May 24th, I started investigating a few larvae's I saw on my countertop, as you can see on picture 4, there's a (very old) window in my kitchen and I initially didn't think much of it. Until I thought to check the rice, and bingo found a bunch there. Obviously threw it out, emptied my corner cabinet in which it was (only food in there). I then triaged through my food, threw a lot, froze some (oats, spices). Switched others to airtight containers (cashews, coffee) after looking at them. Only remaining items are protein powder resealable bags, which I have inspected. Clean up after clean up, I'd find up to 10-12/day initially in my kitchen and bathroom, as there's plumbing going through the wall in between. I had a local exterminator look at a larvae, they said it was carpet beetle larvae's, and they definitely do look the part. So I've kept on cleaning and now I usually find 0-2. They've mostly been in the kitchen (see circled areas) and bathroom, except for 2-3 wanderers.
However, I've been finding what looks like pantry beetles now. Very few, only 2 or 3 so far (photos 5-6). Is it possible they were cohabitating in that rice bag? It had gone untouched for about two months... kind of desperate.
Thank you for reading this long, possibly hard to follow text.

What are those?

Been finding these more and more on my kitchen countertops and on my bathroom floor. I have two indoor cats, no carpets, regular cleaning. Really grossed out. What can I do?
Thank you

Saguenay, Québec, found in kitchen and bathroom

Been finding these more and more on my kitchen countertop and my bathroom floor (shared wall). Any ideas what they could be? Inspecting everything. Really grossed out. I keep the place clean but have 2 (indoor) cats. No carpets.
Saguenay, Québec, Canada. Both kitchen and bathroom need a brand new window though.

What's this? Saguenay Québec, Canada

I've been seeing these on my countertops. Sorry they look dirty but I clean regularly, both these photos were taken as I was cleaning. They usually hide behind cutting boards, drying rack, stand mixer... the climate has been up and down here and I definitely need to change my kitchen window this summer, which may help the issue (I'm on the 3rd floor). What are they and should I worry? Thank you. Sorry for the poor quality, they seem to want those under the shade, never under decent lighting.

174 (5'8 1/2) cm 144 lbs

Currently between 143 and 145 lbs (normal variation), been working out more. Lost 10 lbs. I have been more muscular in the past, so I'm not 100% clueless. Trying to aim for maintenance, but trying to determine what maintenance is nice now so i'm playing with calories.
What do you think bf% is and any recommendation?
Currently aiming for 135 to 160 g of protein, roughly 25-30% fat (remaining being carbs, more focus on carbs if I do more cardio).

Estimate?

Trying to log this monster of a cannoli donut. It was quite large, I'm guessing 850 or so? Could be more, probably not much less.

The Ello food containers are not so oven safe

These are supposed to be oven safe. Wanted to make breakfast sandwiches, set the oven to 375. Heard a crack... very disappointing. Bought them because they were supposed to be oven safe.
