Question about the dlcs
Does completing quests in the dlcs earn skill points? I'm levelling up a new character but ive done the main story so many times its incredibly stale now so im looking for a new way to get skill points that isnt skyshards

Im currently running 5 piece orders wrath and 5 piece tide born with the velothi amulet, im a stam build with Harold of the tome, assassination and ardent flame, my damage is alright, hitting relatively hard but ive seen people hitting so so much harder. Should I focus on using the beam as my main source of damage and if so, is there any sets of armour that would enhance the damage of beam greatly?

Im farming for the velothi amulet but im confused as to where the ebony chain drops, I know its from world boss daily coffers but do the ashlander dailies also have a chance to drop it? I cant seem to find a definite answer
