Opened up This 10+ year old LED lightbulb that I changed in a family friends house since it was pretty much almost dead.

Not sure what brand it is since the writing is all faded away, I did find that it was 10 watts and 800 lumens, was way dimmer than the other bulbs and I can now see why.
