I wasn’t sure where to ask this, but it’s somewhat related to sound dampening.
I have a ford e350 Econoline work van with 675k miles. Everything mechanical is in excellent shape and I really like this vehicle for some reason but almost all of the interior plastic panels rattle like mad constantly. It’s enough to make people who run chainsaws for a living pretty uncomfortable. Is there a diy solution to help with this that doesn’t involve taking off the panels? I’d rather not do the work and the plastic tabs are brittle. Thank you!

Is rustoleum the best option? I’m rebuilding the front suspension in my 2006 and have a few parts including my lower control arms that would benefit from a wire wheel and a coat of paint while I have everything apart. In the past I’ve used standard enamel but I’m wondering if there’s a better product for a durable and long lasting finish.
