I know people say watch and study the games and I tried that but honestly I am never able to understand and learn how to play a character by watching good players play them.
Can someone break it down for me in a clearer manner?
All that I understood is that he plays well behind the cover but thats clearly not all, he is able to survive for longer, able to get picks. When to engage, how to engage, positioning, when to play close to ground when high up, when to flank when not to. All of these I am not able to figure out but I want to get good at iron man too so need some help
This is a really bizarre and frankly unique issue that I can say I have never encountered in any other game, only in this. The players (support) are for some reason too scared or intimidated to take damage or die or to push forward with their team. To an extent it applies to other roles too but both of the other roles require you to push forward and/or deal damage as your primary goal. For whatever reason the supp players refuse to push ahead with their team and the result is the team suffers because of it. And also when they get dived, they freak out too quick and would often run away from tanks rather than move towards them. I am not ranting here nor do I intend to word this like a rant, this is a genuine problem that I have observed in rivals and I am not sure why its there and how it can be fixed other than players just building confidence and going ahead.
Post idea from our brothers in suffering r/ironmanmains
They have made her range the same as thing's haymaker, turning her into a melee dive hero who also doesn't get the benefit of not aiming, so might as well give her the katana as her base attack and shurikens in some other abilities or ult
I am a new bucky player (only started in final week of last season) and I am trying to get better at him but I don’t know where to start and what to focus on. I am assuming that aiming is the key and also hook placement but how exactly do I get better at him in all aspects (positioning, aiming, combo, cd management, whoch teamup to use where). Would really appreciate some pointers from experienced players
They made me not want to pick Iron Man ever again.
Great job devs.
I know how abilities work and i can somewhat chain them together. But what I wanna understand is what are the situations where Thor excels at, what kinda targets do I focus on, what combos (if there are any) should I hit, when to use his F ability and other stuff, what kinda teamups to run. I am a bit lose on playing him
As long as you manage the cooldown you get a get out of jail free card. It works on animation stuns too or any type of debuff like Bucky ult.
She’s still a demon😭😭
With s9 around the corner and all those op teamup abilities out there, what are the characters that are a threat to us (I suppose we are the threat to most characters and I am expecting bucky to be banned a lot but still) would be good to know what characters we need to avoid
The new team up abilities seem to be a huge buff for us
I was leaning towards the worthy waves one cuz its so goofy and simplistic, which is a good breath of fresh air cuz most skins have a lot going on visually (for all characters not limited to thor)
but then I saw Herald of thunder which is equally simplistic and I love the norse character on the torso. The more I look at it the more I like it, so now I am torn between the two
