I really like what Pimax did with the screen recording. Sooo much better than recording on OBS. The edges are bit blurry, because I'm using FFR on the OXRTK, but other than that this is fantastic IMHO.
I really like my PCL. The controllers on the hand feel like cheap plastic toys I picked up on Temu. Given the money that these headsets cost, I would expect Pimax to deliver higher quality products. Particularly if I'm buying the Dream Air. I'm really hoping they come out with updated controllers that are compatible with all SLAM headsets.
I also have a PSVR2 and the Dual Motion controllers are peak. When it comes to any action or shooter games, I reluctantly dust off the headset. My preference though would be to play with Pimax.
The Bad: In less than 2 years I have gone through 2 RS Wheel Hubs. Both break in the exact same spot. The button left paddle shifter cracks in about 6-8 months of use. The crack causes the shifting to downshift sporadically or rapid downshift to 2-3 gears lower than you want it to, which can ruin a race. I think it is a design flaw, because I also have had a Pro Wheel for over 2 years and not had a single issue. The Pro Wheel does not have bolt on paddle shifters. I am now on my 3rd hub.
The Good: Logitech Support has been fantastic and has honoured the warranty replacing it both times.
The Takeaway: It might be just a 'me thing', but if it does happen to you, contact Logitech for a warranty replacement if you have owned it less than two years. Keep your receipts and good luck!

I was able to play Assetto Corsa Competizione and Assetto Corsa today using Sboy3 on Pimax EVO with my Crystal Light. All I have to say is WOW!
On AC, I am now able to run the games on very high resolutions and max visuals and get a steady 90FPS natively. The these games have never looked so good.
I also noticed that SteamVR is even able to run with my OpenComposite OpenVR.dll which is a huge bonus.
Hats off to SBoys3. I'll be buying them a latte!

I really loved playing Wipeout Omega Collection on the PSVR1. One of the greatest VR experiences I've had. Unfortunately, it hasn't come out for PSVR2 and you can't even buy it on the Playstation Store anymore. I've recreated the Feisar livery on a Lambo to play on ACE. I had a fairly bad crash a few weeks ago and still recovering. I've found some other ways of taking it slow and enjoying mountain biking in a different light. Not everything about mountain biking needs to be about descending and going big. Some of the most enjoyable is taking it all in. Just out relaxing, enjoying nature with my boy.

I made this short video showing the evolution of the AC series.
My GPU us a 5070ti. These are run on max in game settings on all three.
I do see a slight difference in the reflections, sounds and overall level of detail in the surroundings, but I have to say ACC still holds up really well for an older game.
UPDATE: I'm getting some flack from others that I'm dumbing down my settings in AC. The fact is I am using CSP and PureHDR PP filter. All my visual settings are set to max. If anybody has any suggestions on how to make AC look and perform at 90+ FPS I am all ears and open to feedback.
I love Bianchi bikes. I love Porsche. I decided to combine the two in Assetto Corsa.

I'm having a lot of fun creating liveries. I've always had a thing for Bianchi bikes and Ferraris, so I did a little mashup.
Celeste Blue was used since that is the official colour of Bianchi. Since Bianchi is based in Milan, I created Olympic medal colours on accents. Hints of the Italian flag colours are also incorporated in the design. I'll save it on Overtake if anyone wants to use it.
I commissioned an art student to do the decals on the roof and doors. I really like how it turned out!
MY SETTINGS FOR ACE ON PCVR!!!
I see way too many shares of people with RTX 5080 and 5090s that are way to heavy for my mid-tier PC. I wanted to share these for those who have mid-tier PCs. Balance for performance and graphics. For mid-tier PC.
This will give you a steady 72FPS. It also gives up to 90FPS, but may dip under higher loads in traffic. This took me an evening to get right, but I think I got it just right.

I couldn't find a livery that I really liked, so commissioned a university student studying Interactive Arts and Technology to create a skin that is inspired by 80s heavy metal. I really like the result.
