Archlight camo double kills not tracking in MP

New brakes making sound
Hello I just changed my front brake pads and rotors on my 2018 Subaru forester with duralast gold ceramic brake pads and duralast rotors
It’s making this metallic rubbing sound. Does anyone know if this is from not using brake lubricant and if adding it would solve this? Or some other cause?
It makes this sound when I’m driving and doesn’t make a difference when I’m braking or on the gas
