I have searched high and low for a woodworker in Canada that makes hand routed rustic signs, everybody wants to make cnc. Is this a lost art?

Trying to find this on Etsy is cumbersome at best.

Edit: Thanks for the responses. I will submit and have them done by cnc, matching the original font a closely as possible.

Closing in insulation in crawl space.

House in Vancouver area has a roughly 1m tall crawl space under kitchen. It used to be a car port and floor is fully concreted, there are no outside vents currently. The underside of the kitchen and the outside knee walls have exposed beams with fibreglass batts installed. Can the joists and fiberglass be closed up with vis-queen or house wrap without creating moisture problems??
