I’m not really into cars that prioritize performance but one of my non enthusiast friends bought a modified 03 Mustang GT convertible today and I had a blast riding around with her. It got me thinking about what I’m doing at 23 having owned 2 Chrysler 300s, an LHS and a Lincoln town car. All by choice. 1 of the 300s and the Town car came with walkers in the trunk when I bought them. I love cars like this but I feel like I’ll regret not owning something more youthful and compromised while It’s appropriate
I’m curious because I purchased a *lightly* used 16 pro max last month and had a horrible experience. It was always warm, sometimes hot to the touch and choppy under my usage which is admittedly strenuous. I switched to a 17 pro max yesterday and so far it’s been a night and day difference. Did I buy a bad device or is this a known issue as they age?
Do you think trading my 2012 300 5.7l luxury series for a 09-14 Challenger R/T manual is worth doing? It’d be my first manual and I have a 45 minute one way commute to school BUT I want something a bit more youthful and fun. I’ve driven my 300 about 30,000 miles in 10 months.
Hi all! I’ve been on zepbound for about 8 months and I’m still struggling with making AND (this is key) consuming my own meals. My gag reflex is very sensitive and I can’t force unappetizing food down like I used to before to starting zep. Additionally, I’m a full time student with a full time job, so whatever I make has to be easy to prepare on the fly… leading me back to hyper processed food. I want to break the habit.
However, I tried my hand at meal prep with some chicken breast, mixed frozen veggies and rice but I literally cannot eat it. It’s just SO unappealing. Even with emergency chick-fil-a sauce and a soft drink chaser I can’t keep it down. How can I make high protein nutrient dense meals that aren’t torture to make and eat?
I just started playing a few weeks ago and it’s the first exotic I genuinely enjoy playing with. According to my clan it’s one of the worst weapons in the game… but jolting groups of enemies, high precision damage, AND buffing other snipers doesn’t sound bad at all to me
Subarus seem to be inextricably linked to lesbians. Are there any cars/brands like that for us?
I have a 2012 Chrysler 300 SRT8 with headers and a cam to throw my keys into the ring
My GPU doesn’t have enough VRAM to run Forza horizon 6 on max settings with ray tracing and I’d like to upgrade. I was thinking about exchanging my 7700x for a 7800x3d and upgrading 4070S to a 3090Ti. For the types of games I play on my pc, I care more about graphics quality than FPS.
Current specs:
Ryzen 7700x
MSi 4070 super 2x
32gb ddr5 5600
4tb ssd
PS- I bought my PC off a friend so this is my first time messing with it myself. Go easy on me please
Which one do you prefer? Getting new tires soon and I have to make a choice. I can’t decide myself
Newbie to desktops and PC building here. I just bought a tower from a friend and I was wondering if I could pay someone to reassemble it for me if I were to buy a new case and some other aesthetic mods. Are there stores/outlets I can go to for help?
I feel like I’m pretty tolerant of customer BS but something that’s been absolutely driving me up the wall at my new job is the amount of (mostly young people) who have no drive thru etiquette. Like snatching food from me and driving off, not using their words when I ask questions, no acknowledgement when I hand things out or say “have a good day”… am I wrong for staring back when people do this??
My resume as it stands currently is basically empty and I’m not proud of it. Mediocre GPA at a non IB school and zero extracurriculars or accolades. I’m embarrassed to add my food service experience because I feel like it makes me look like a burger flipper trying to step into something they’re not qualified for. Especially since I still don’t have an internship lined up as a rising senior.
