Oh... My... God... She's f*cking disgusting. GET A LIFE, GIRL.

We all know who it is here. That stupid scummy horse. If you remember me, I was the one who's responsible for the post about using disabilities as an argument. And reading the comments of how it negatively impact their life genuinely made me sorrowful. I admit, I should've posted it somewhere else(the wars sub) to get the POV of both sides, but it is not feasible as I am "restricted".

Honestly I don't want to engage with them anymore because like you all I have more important things to do irl and to keep my mind in check, but coming across this post specifically really made my blood boil, especially when I witnessed the difficulties of the disabled. I'm not saying that they're incapable, but I do want to highlight that it's not easy for them. This specific slop is a HUGE insult towards the needy. Plus, none of us ever do this to any of the needy, right? This is the worst strawman of the strawmen. Literally the embodiment of "man makes fictional scenarios and gets mad about it".

And you know what's worse? Out of the blue she suddenly claimed to be disabled too when she never did before iirc but when confronted about what it is she responded and I quote, "It is none of your damn business,". Why are you so scared of disclosing it? No ones going to search for you irl if you simply state what it is girl just be crystal clear! Honestly, I had enough of this scum. I want to report her but I'm not sure what to report. Whatever it is, just leave her be(as in don't engage with her stupid ragebait, just report her). Remember, never feed the trolls. That's all, have a nice day!

How's this as a counter argument?

The first image is the counter, the second one is the original. In my opinion it's very spot on. Kudos to u/Connect_Ocelot_1599 for the creating the first image(by editing the second one, the "original") and for coming up counter argument.

I know what she's saying is wrong, but I don't have enough knowledge to debunk this academically... but still, traces or no traces, stealing is still stealing right?

So she made a new comic in regards of the previous one to justify AI "Art" and her previous points. Feel like it's still stealing based on this analogy I got from my previous post(kudos to the one making this spot on analogy):

Lets say I take lots gold in a region without the owners' permission or consent, then I melt them down completely and make gold statues out of them. They now have no traces of their previous forms and owners and turned into something completely new. The statues didn't exist until I make them. Is it stealing or not?

Also, even if somehow it's isn't stealing, the four factors of fair use makes AI "art" technically illegal right? Because it breaks two of the factors;

1)you cannot profit out of the used content without permission of the original owner or creator. If you subscribe to gen AI to make AI "Art", the fair use is invalid since the owner company profits of the images used for training if the images are used without permission, which often is. Not to mention the lack of compensation.

2)the use of the content cannot effect the market and negatively harm the original creator's source of income. AI "Art" and Gen AI obviously harm the market of the original creators and owner companies in multiple ways e.g. pumping out AI "Art" to the point the original creators need to compete with them, as well as defamation by generating bad contents that shames them.

What do you guys think?

They be saying ANYTHING to make opposers look idiotic and justify AI Art atp Art Shit

Like genuinely how TF is that stupid question was supposed to help with your arguments or act as an argument itself? HOW?! Don't you know you just make yourself look worse with that stupid question? Also, time and time again, AI DOESN'T LEARN LIKE LIVING BEINGS. THEY ARE RNG MADE CODES BASED TO WORK AROUND THE DATAS THEY TRAINED.

They just won't acknowledge that won't they?

Yeah this is just a repost of a meme I made from the memes sub. Just for shits and giggles, themes and such for everyone, especially if you need a good laugh to cheer yourself up. Anyways, I wish everyone a great day! ✌️☺️

I'm kind of upset that DEATH BATTLE didn't use this feat of Yuji.

Out-versal feat, man.

Thought: Wouldn't Agentic AI as analysis tool and data processers be more useful to society(and profitable to those AI companies)?

No offense, but for me the Oregon Sword is genuinely the goofiest, silliest weapon design I've seen in my life 😭

JJK fan here. I never read Chainsaw Man, so I never really know much about it. But seeing this weapon from the recent DEATH BATTLE really fried me. It looks like a sprite a kid would make in Scratch I'm crine 😭.

I'm not saying it's bad, in fact it's pretty unique, but you can't deny how goofy it is, and the fact than it is in a series famous for it's darkness and grimm makes it even funnier and out of place. It's literally the "who is this" meme of the chainsaw man weaponry.

Also, I love the taste of Oregon scaling.

Is making fanarts and meme using/based on an existing IP and/or media counts as stealing?

Some people claim that it is. How is that? I would like an in-depth explanation if possible.
