Hey everyone!
I’m an architecture graduate from Ratnagiri, and I’m thinking of starting a small **sketching club in Ratnagiri** for people who enjoy drawing and observing the places around them.

The idea isn’t limited to architecture or professional sketching. I’m thinking more along the lines of **heritage, streets, buildings, landscapes, people, markets and everyday life** — basically using sketching to document and showcase the character and heritage of Ratnagiri.

We could meet occasionally at different places around the city, sit down with our sketchbooks, and draw whatever catches our attention. No professional-level skills required — beginners would be welcome too. It would mainly be about enjoying sketching, meeting other people who are interested in it, and creating a visual record of Ratnagiri.
I’m posting this mainly to see if there’s actually enough interest before taking it any further.

we completed one year together.
Before her, I had gone through a horrible breakup and probably the roughest 1–2 years of my life. I wasn’t looking for anything when we met online around January 2025.

I moved to Pune in February for a 4-month internship, and during that time we barely talked. Then on 11 August, around 8 PM, we finally met — just as friends, with absolutely no intentions of anything more.

We went to McDonald’s and talked for an hour.
Well… she talked. 😂 She just kept yapping and I kept listening.
And somehow, listening to her was one of the most peaceful things I’d experienced in those two difficult years. I didn’t know it then, but that evening would mean so much to me.

Since then, I’ve just been grateful for her.
Now we’re doing LDR because we’re both pursuing our next studies, and honestly, I miss her like crazy. But somehow, the distance has only made me love and appreciate her more.
It’s crazy how someone you meet thinking “just a friend” can become someone you can’t imagine your life without.

Hey guys, I recently graduated in architecture and wanna take a 5-7 day trip to just chill and reset.
I’ve already been to Kasol, Malana and Tosh, so looking for some new places with a similar vibe. Somewhere peaceful, backpacker-friendly, good views, and 420 friendly.
Not really looking for partying, just wanna smoke, chill, explore a bit and meet some people.
Any suggestions for underrated places in India?

So i completed my bachelors in architecture and i want to spend some time alone in varkala. Wanted to get disconnect from everything nothing to worry about for 5-6 days. I visited kasol and malana in feb 2026 with my friends (you got the basic idea of what i will be doing in varkala). Was planning to go varkala in mid sep. Any tips or places to chill and smoke. Is varkala friendly towards smokers.
