Liberty 4NC left earbud low volume at more than 50% volume.
Today, the left earbud of the Liberty 4NC suddenly stopped connecting to Bluetooth. I reset the buds by holding down the button for 10 seconds, then after setting up the HearID, which I always use, the sound balance on volume more than 45-50% is more on the right ear. I can hear the balanced sound only at lower volumes. Does anybody know the fix for this? My buds are out of warranty (2 yo).

My hair has always been thin. Also I ran my fingers during bathing and compared the thickness of all 5-6 hairs and they all were of the same thickness, no thinning. I don't have any hair problems.
