







I Didn’t Let My Mental Health Get to Me And I Finally Got Out Of The House | Bipolar, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD and Autism
As a Black woman and eldest daughter I never felt safe enough to voice that I’m living multiple realities at once and sometimes it gets to me. I’m also working on accepting that I’m different and that it’s okay. Growing up there was an unspoken understanding that I was different and it made me feel alone even if surrounded by people, family etc. That said nowadays I’m embracing community and self love. 🩷 It’s not easy, but I’m trying.
