Many people hate Naval.

But why?

Well, its unfair. And maybe boring but I dont have an idea for that though.

THE RANKS

There are now 7Ranks. This means that there are less ways to balance ships.

The problem is Uptiers- If you have a Rank II ship, for example the USS Cleveland, with weak but many cannons, it struggles to penetrate uptiers. Meanwhile the most Rank III ships could kill it with as little as 3 good hits.

Up and downtiers (What I belive) are there to speed up matchmaking and make battles more diverse. But that sadly means, that when playing ships, youre either down at the ground in a few seconds or diminating the entire match alone.

My suggestion would be to remove the up- or downtiers.

Pros:

• Better vehicle balance
• Better player experience in battles
• potentially more fun
• many ships go from useless to okay or even good

Cons:

• Longer matchmaking time
• Rank V has only a couple ships
• Less variety in matches

THE MAPS

Alot of the maps have little to no cover. You could spawn in the middle of the map- and as soon as you are in the crossfire of 2 or more ships you are dead in a matter of seconds, while trying to reach the nearest cover.

There are good maps already with many places and mountains to hide behind and get a second chance.

SUBMARINES

I dont know anything to say about them, except that the community to my knowledge agrees with them being unfair. I agree with that, too but it really dependa on the situation- a Submarine could be either really unfair or killed at an instant.
