Job in Abu Dhabi advice needed

Hi so I just gave an interview for a job based in Abu Dhabi. I gave the interview because I have been eagerly looking for a role and the current market has also been dry. I thought may be they could place me in Dubai but they cant. They said they could give me one or two days work from home. I am a female and I cannot drive, my husband works in Dubai. The offer has not been confirmed yet, but I have been thinking what to do if at all it gets confirmed. Should I skip or keep it? What are my options to travel to Abu Dhabi from Dubai? I stay in Silicon, and the office is near to ADNEC centre.

Credit card for Europe travel?

Hi guys, I am planning to visit three countries in Europe, on July. I would want to know which are the best options for travel card that

  • doesn’t involve any currency losses
  • bonus if there are points or cash back as well

Salary is less in between the range of 10-15k if that helps as well. I would be primarily using this card for purchases only.

Locations to settle?

Okay so my husband is basically from Thalassery and we find the place extremely crowded to settle. The place that I come from is around 10kms from Kannur town but we have the Valapattanam bridge in between which my husband hates because of the traffic. My husband is of the opinion that we need to settle in Thaana. Any opinion or suggestions? I personally would like to settle in my place due to the peace, calm and obviously less crowd.

Valapattanam bridge situation?

Any new update regarding the bridge? The traffic has made me hate to get out of my house during the peak hours. Is it improving? Been a year since I visited.

I am just so done and tired

I am 28Y and this is my second pregnancy, I lost my first one last year and got pregnant after four months. Sometimes I feel I should have taken some time, but now the nausea, vomiting and morning sickness and food aversion has me left me feeling like I just need to get done with this phase. I am 18 weeks today and vomitted again after a break of feeling good. The worst part is I had to leave my job too which has made me feeling like I have nothing to do. I am exhausted all the time and cant workout on a daily basis. The only workout I can manage is my family badminton sessions once in a week. I feel guilty seeing my husband work in the kitchen and planning meals but I have lost interest in everything. I just feel like doing nothing. I also just feel like I just need to get done with this pregnancy. The consultations, the constant alertness and everything has drained me so much. I feel like I have been in this phase for so loong that I didnt even have time to enjoy food that I love since last year.

Please help me find a good inner wear option

Okay so I have tried bras from the following places and I cant seem to find a supportive but not revealing bra for myself. I am a medium frame woman who has a heavier upper body frame. The following are the ones I have tried and currently I wear sports type bras because they seem to be comfortable but they too loose their elasticity after a while and gives me no support.

VS- most of them are push up bras and not supportive enough Matalan- Good but cups dont fit well Marks and Spenser- i have tried their flexfit tank top like bra which is good for the first three months and then gets worn out Max- Again most are balconette or push up with little support

Please help and recommend good ones!

Hi so basically I work as a medical claims executive-Hospital and our industry was fairly doing well until we got a new director who is an Indian. Our working hours were increased from 9 to 9.30 and finally to 10 now. We also received an email saying we need to submit our phones while we enter office to be kept in lockers. Following that we received another email saying our breaks were now restricted to 30 mins instead of the usual 1 hour. Most of the supervisors who belonged to another nationality have been terminated with no solid reason just because he wants people from his area. I myself am an Indian but he prefers people from a particular state. I am also on fertility treatment due to which I have nausea and vomiting, but my washroom breaks are also restricted by him. Appraisals have been cancelled too except for the ones preferred by him. I am not bragging but I have always been a hard worker and I was ready to keep the job as well, but the restrictions and racial discrimination have made me feel really low. Moreover, he prefers women who make tea for him and is more friendlier. He even passed few lewd comments which I ignored but my husband doesn’t want me to continue anymore. I dont know if its a right decision to resign, I am serving notice now. Its a financially tight situation for us. Any help would be appreciated. I am open to any entry level role such as placement officer/policy officer etc I just prefer a healthy environment.
