I guess the Gods really wanted to mess with Odysseus
According to Homer’s Odyssey, Aeolus (the God of the winds) gifted Odysseus a sealed bag containing all the world's fierce winds, leaving only the gentle west wind free to guide his fleet safely back to Ithaca.
However, within sight of home, his curious (and worn out) crew opened the bag which released a storm that blew them back to Aeolus’s island.

While I was a little disappointed that this particular scene wasn’t in the movie, I enjoyed it nonetheless.

Sultan Selangor tidak perkenan solat Jumaat di surau pusat beli-belah
Now that the Selangor Sultan said no go to Friday solat being done in shopping malls, a bunch of far right peeps started to criticise his Majesty’s decision.
But hold on a sec, according to these same people, they fiercely argued that our royalty enjoys absolute immunity from public’s scrutiny/criticism, especially during the LGE/Tony Pua saga as well as the pig farming kerfuffle. Any criticism (however valid) was deemed as treason and disloyalty to the nation.
But why now tibe2 u-turn 180 degrees for this particular issue? So which one is it now? Blh criticise (like a constitutional monarchy), or xleh criticise langsung (like an absolute monarchy)?

Just thought I’ll point this out in light of the flurry of posts surrounding Dato Sri Tiong vis-à-vis the Bukit Bintang rain rave. Up until the rain rave drama, I had no idea so many people were under the mistaken impression that our Tourism Minister is from DAP.
I personally am indifferent to the rain rave, nor am I a DAP supporter, but I do pity DAP taking heat from the far right chumps over a cabinet member who isn’t even from their party.
In fact, DAP Sarawak had been critical of Dato Sri Tiong in the past, and both have locked horns over a couple of issues like the Pan Borneo Highway management in 2019. Or the other instance when DAP accused Dato Sri Tiong for his purported unparliamentary conduct over his attacks against Dr. Noor Hisham in 2020.
