We been tracing this call and we on our way over there
I recently asked for some advice on the best setup to go with and got a bunch of helpful suggestions. In the end, I decided to go ahead and buy these:
- Sony A1 II
- 70-200GM II
- 200-600 G
- 24-70GM II
This is my first complete camera setup. Before, I was using a Sony A7RV, mainly for shooting baseball, soccer, and basketball games for my kids' schools and outside leagues. The gear belonged to a friend, but I’ve been wanting to get my own equipment for a while, and I finally took the plunge.
Now I could use some advice. For example, I got a Wandrd 30L backpack that comfortably fits my Godox flash, two lenses, and the camera body, plus my MacBook. But I can’t fit the 200-600mm lens in there. Do you have any ideas on how to carry all three lenses? Are there any bags—excluding hiking bags—that can hold all this gear?
Also, I noticed that the lens hood on the 70-200mm looks kind of awkward. I’m thinking about setting up a filter, not just for protection but also for shooting in bright sunlight. Would a variable ND filter be a good choice?
Any tips or suggestions would be really appreciated.
