Wow. The cinematography in Lord of The Flies on Netflix is awful. Constantly pulling me out of the show. The fisheye lens choices, the extreme out of focus depth of field is really awful. It's all so "look how artsy we are" feel. And for me it completely takes away from what the film should feel like.
This is absolutely an example where Cinematography is a big negative.
I'm saying yes. More marker manipulation Monday.
